Paraah sih penanganan buat org dgn gejala yg lagi isoman dirumah, gaaak dicek kesehatannya, obat ga dikasih, PCR ajaa kagaak, udah seminggu lebih padahal. Org tua saya ada sakit bawaan, sampe skrg msh sesak nafas, laporan ke puskes malah dia nanya balik β€œudah beli kultus hindi belom? Yakin aman minum obat herbal itu tanpa ada pemeriksaan dulu? Kitaa lagi susaaah, tolonglaah dibantu???

Pelayanan nya kurang,,trus pemaparan terhadap pasien nya kurang dimengerti,,sudah bolak-balik karena gigi sakit,yg ujungnya ga di tangani...

Parah banget sih, pertama kali kesini udh gamau lg kesana. Sebelumnya udah hubungin hotline puskesnya (yang dibalesnya juga lamaaaa banget sampe 2 hari ?) buat nanya kelanjutan setelah isoman gimana, disuruh dateng ke puskes buat minta surat selesai isoman sama swab ulang, tp pas kesana ga jelas banget harus kemana, pas ditanyain katanya petugasnya lagi gaada, pas ditanya harus gimana petugas disana malah jawab gatau dan bingung juga, lah apalagi kita yg cuma pasien. Tolong pelayanannya diperbaiki lagi ya, jangan mentang2 puskesmas yg kebanyakan pake BPJS jadinya ditelantarkan gitu aja ?

Buka dari pagi juga tetep ya para dokter ma bidan nya siang. Jam 9 baru lah ada. Sebenernya pen berkata k*s*r. Karna proses nya yg lamma ?‍♀ Kadang suka heran ko di puskesmas lain gak sbgini amat prasaan. Mu lapor ke dinkes masa iya ?? Tapi au ah mu gmna lg. Mending siang aja skalian kalo ksni mah.
