Service is less friendly, BRI CIPAYUNG, what is the same as the MBA who at Telerr who uses glasses, not friendly to serve this custamer, boro "not friendly

Very disappointed that I waited in line for 3 hours, I just wanted to onblock, when it was my turn I couldn't

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya ga bgt, udh bbrp kali balik cmn perihal mau aktifin BRIMO, pas kstu CS nya malah salah masukin nomer hp dan blm bisa aktivasi, dan balik lagi katanya harus balik lg besok 1 x 24 jam, ga deh… CAPE :)
The CS isn't great, I've been back several times about wanting to activate BRIMO, when the CS entered the wrong number and couldn't activate it, and again they said they had to come back tomorrow 1 x 24 hours, isn't it… CAPE :)

.Antrian no 13 baru kpanggil jam 11:48
.istirahat di jam 12-13 lalu g ada aktifitas Cs semua ditunda sampai habis istirahat (security bilang antrian 15 seterusnya bisa balik rumah dulu karena jam 12 kita istirahat ampe jam 1)
.Jenis tabungan HANYA ADA SIMPEDES pedahal gwe maunya briMuda
.klw buka rekening Baru gx bisa digunai atmnya, harus nunggu 1 hari, lalu layanan Mbangking gx bisa di daftarkan bareng dgn pmbukaan rekening harus besoknya
.gx ada OB yg bersih2 area..
.klw ada customer laporan kartu keten TIDAK BISA DISINI KECUALI PEMBUKAAN AWAL BUKU TABUNGAN DISINI
.klw buka tabungan via Tokopedia bisa dibayarkan disini ke teler TAPI TIDAK MENDAPATKAN KARTU DAN PROSES PEMBUKAAN TABUNGAN AKAN LEBIH RIBET (sara mnding jgn ke cabang ini)

I called the new queue 13 at 11:48
. take a break at 12-13 then there is no Cs activity, everything is postponed until it breaks (security says queue 15 so that we can go back home first because at 12 we take a break until 1 o'clock)
. This type of savings is ONLY SIMPEDES, even though I want young people
. if you open a new account, you can't use the ATM, you have to wait 1 day, then the Mbangking service can't be registered together by opening an account the next day
.gx there are OBs that clean the area ...
.klw there is a customer report card keten, CANNOT BE HERE UNLESS THE PRELIMINARY OPENING OF SAVINGS BOOK HERE
.klw open savings via Tokopedia can be paid here to teler BUT DON'T GET A CARD AND THE OPENING PROCESS OF SAVINGS WILL BE MORE RIBET (please don't go to this branch)

SISTEM AMBIL ANTRIN KABUR KELEWAT ALESAN APAPUN AMBIL NOMER ANTRIAN BARU. JANGAN NYELNONG BUADAYAKAN ANTRI. LEBIH TEGAS, DISIPLIN , SIGAP SDM NYA BRI.
OLD SERVICE, CS ONLY ONE WHILE. SERVICE 1 PERSON THE FASTEST 20 MINUTES ESTIMATION. BRANCH SERVICE QUALITY IMPROVED. AND SYSTEM queuing for HOURS. TAKE A LINE SYSTEM ESCAPE THROUGH ANY REASON TAKE A NEW QUEUE NUMBER. DON'T CULTURE CULTURE queuing up. MORE STRONG, DISCIPLINED, BRI's HR IS QUICK.
