★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya bagus tapi pelayanan saat pendaftaran kurang ramah. saya juga melihat orang lain yg sudah tua petugas pendaftaranya berbicara dengan nada yg lantang dan kurang sopan. semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi pelayananya
the place is good but the service at registration is not friendly. I also saw other people who were old, the registration officer spoke in a loud and impolite tone. Hopefully the service can be improved again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih bagus dan bersih tapi pelayananya sangat2 mengecewakan,, terutama di bagian pendaftaran...Petugas tidak ramah (sama sekali tidak senyum saat melayani pasien) tidak menyapa dan tidak mengarahkan pasien,, sama orang yang sudah tua juga kurang sopan(berbicara dengan nada yg tinggi).. kalau yg dibagian KIA ramah dan peduli dengan pasien
Semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki lagi kinerjamya terutama yg dibagian pendaftaran...
The place is nice and clean but the service is very disappointing, especially in the registration section... The staff is not friendly (not smiling at all when serving patients) doesn't greet and doesn't direct patients... high).. if the KIA section is friendly and cares about patients
Hopefully in the future the performance can be improved, especially in the registration section...
