★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini hanya pengalaman saya, pertama kali datang kesini untuk tambal gigi berlubang. Antri cukup cepat , namun saat masuk poli gigi, ibu dokter berulang kali menanyakan gigi mana yang berlubang. Saya menunjukan hampir 10x dan beliau bilang itu hanya jarak antar gigi . Well, saya jelaskan kalau sebelumnya memang tidak ada jarak antara kedua gigi tersebut, dan itu sakit saat ada makanan yang masuk. Tapi dokternya tetap bersikeras dan hanya memberikan resep. Sampai di tempat obat, saya menunggu hampir 1 jam hanya untuk mendapatkan asam mefenamat dan amoxcillin. (Kalau beli di apotek ga sampr 5 menit) Lucunya, apoteker bekerja dengan cara mengambil semua resep dan mengumpulkan/ meracik semuanya baru memberikannya setelah semua resep dikerjakan. Bikin geleng2 kepala
This is just my experience, first came here to patch cavities. Queued quite quickly, but when entering poly teeth, the doctor's mother repeatedly asked which teeth were cavities. I showed almost 10x and he said it was only the distance between the teeth. Well, I explain that before there was indeed no distance between the two teeth, and it hurts when there is food coming in. But the doctor insisted and only gave a prescription. When I arrived at the medicine center, I waited for almost an hour just to get mefenamic acid and amoxcillin. (If you buy it at the pharmacy, it won't take 5 minutes) The funny thing is, the pharmacist works by taking all the recipes and gathering / dispensing all of them and then giving them after all the recipes are done. Make your head shake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya strategis dan tidak terlalu ramai. Namun lingkungannya kurang tertata rapi dan kebersihannya perlu ditingkatkan.
Petugas sudah dilengkapi dengan APD dan handrub. Pelayanan baik, namun keperluan saya ternyata belum bisa dilakukan di Puskesmas kelurahan, harus ke Kecamatan Palmerah.
Setidaknya kalau ada keperluan dan sakit aksesnya sudah tahu dan cukup dekat dengan domisili.
The location is strategic and not too crowded. However, the environment is not well organized and the cleanliness needs to be improved.
Officers are equipped with PPE and handrub. The service is good, but it turns out that my needs can't be done at the village health center, I have to go to Palmerah sub-district.
At least if there is a need and the access is sick, they already know and are quite close to the domicile.

The security officers are very bad and the service is very unsatisfactory for the people of Jakarta...took more leave than work...just make a kis card for days asking the security guard, it's like being sick with covid 19, just open the door just a little

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk bgt ,satpam nya yg tinggi putih itu sangat gak ramah,trs bagian loket nya perempuan kecil berhijab gak ramah jg judes bgt,saya pakai masker lupa naikin ke atas dan cara tegur nya ngebentak teriak2 di lihat semua org,pdhal bisa dengan cara baik2 kasih tau nya jd lebih enak di dengar,tolong dong yang kya gni masa di pekerjakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini buat kontrol KIA. Prtma dtg Jumat mnggu kmrn, udh antri smpe di KIA gak diperiksa cuma disuruh cek lab ke puskesmas palmerah. Gak dikasih buku pink jg. Udh selese ke pkm palmerah hri kamisnya. Lgsg ke pkm KBS. Eh sampai sana KIA gak ada pelayanan dong bidannya pada keluar. Just info pelayanan KIA cm hari Senin dan Kamis. Tangan kosong yang kedua. Hari Kamis ke KIA lagi, karena emang jadwal kerja yang gak bisa ditinggal. Sampai Pendaftaran diminta buat fc Ktp sm BPJs krn bru prtma, mana jauh fc nya. Kenapa ya gak diminta waktu pertama Jumat kmrn?

I didn't get a pink book either. It's finished to PKM Palmmerah on Thursday. Please go to PKM KBS. Eh, until there KIA has no service, so the midwife comes out. Just info on KIA cm services on Mondays and Thursdays. The second empty hand. Thursday to KIA again, because it's a work schedule that can't be left behind. Until registration is asked to make a fc ID card for BPJs because it's just PRIMARY, where is the fc far away. Why wasn't it asked for the first time this Friday?
