pertama kali ke puskesmas untuk minta surat rujukan, semua staff sangat ramah dan informatif.. pak satpam di depan baikkk bgt sabar.. kebetulan td ke poli gigi ambil antrian jam 7.20 dapet antrian ke 2.. kyknya krn bulan puasa lebih sepi kali ya? kalau poli gigi nanti diminta naik ke lantai 3.. td saya jg diarahkan sm pasien lain jg buat kasih kartu dulu ke perawatnya. seneng pada baik2 bgt saling bantu. drg nya jg baik sabar informatif. saya nanya2 dijawab. sukses dan sehat selalu staff dan tenaga medis di puskesmas tomang. hehe semoga lancar dan berkah puasanya semua.
first time going to the puskesmas to ask for a referral letter, all the staff are very friendly and informative.. the security guard at the front is very kind and patient.. coincidentally didn't go to the dental clinic to take the queue at 7.20 to get the 2nd queue.. I guess because the fasting month is quieter, huh? If the dental clinic is later asked to go up to the 3rd floor, I was also directed by other patients to give a card to the nurse first. happy to be kind to help each other. The drg is also kind, patient, informative. I asked questions answered. always successful and healthy staff and medical personnel at Puskesmas Tomang. hehe good luck and the blessings of fasting all.

Sudah jadi pasien di puskesmas kelurahan tomang sejak 2015, pelayanan cepat, petugasnya juga friendly dan responsive. Pertahankan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat ya, good job untuk staff dan dokter2 yang bertugas.

Pelayanan sangat burukkkk sekali, sangat tidak ramah, berobat tapi tidak diperiksa sama sekali emg dgn cara ditanya atau diliat doang bisa tau sakit nya apa???? Minta surat dokter dikasi nya surat berobat hadehhhhh
Very bad service, very unfriendly, treatment but not checked at all, can you just ask or see what the pain is???? Asked for a doctor's letter, he was given a medical certificate hadehhhhh

Sudah beberapa kali kesini dari jaman saya masih kuliah kedokteran sampai sekarang sudah lulus. Tujuannya selalu sama, cuma ingin buat surat keterangan sehat untuk keperluan kampus. Baru kali ini bisa masuk ke dalem, karena sebelum2nya baru SAMPE DEPAN PINTU MASUK aja udah DIUSIR sama petugas (seperti satpam) yang super gak ramah. Dibilangnya jam istirahat lah, dokternya ga ada lah, dll. Baru kali ini akhirnya saya memberanikan diri untuk ngegas dan dibolehin masuk. Ada petugas perempuan yang lewat dan saya diminta nunggu smp jam 13.30, tp saya kaget dan agak marah lalu dibilang "yasudah jam 13an lah". Selama nunggu saya liat ada PASIEN MAU AMBIL OBAT TAPI DISURU PULANG DAN DATANG LAGI SOREAN. Padahal saat itu jam 13.02, harusnya sudah di luar jam istirahat. Akhirnya saya tanya dengan nada tinggi ke petugas pria yang ada di loket "memangnya disini waktu istirahatnya jam berapa?" Dia pun jawab "jam 12". Saya tanya lagi "sampe jam berapa??", barulah dijawab jam 13. Dari situ dia baru mulai tanya saya mau ngapain. Saya bilang mau buat surat keterangan sehat untuk keperluan internship. Setelah itu si petugas langsung melayani dengan nada yang baik, dia masuk ke ruangan lain dan ga lama kemudian dokter umumnya langsung keluar. Harus gini banget kah? Orang marah dulu baru dilayani? Jangan membuat citra faskes jadi buruk dong. Gak heran orang awam jadi sering berpandangan negatif sama pelayan kesehatan. Pelayanannya ternyata di beberapa tempat masih seburuk ini
I have been here several times since I was in medical school until now I have graduated. The goal is always the same, just want to make a health certificate for campus needs. This was the first time I was able to enter the palace, because before that, I had only been kicked out of the front door by officers (such as security guards) who were super unfriendly. He said it was break time, the doctor wasn't there, etc. Only this time I finally got up the courage to gas and was allowed in. There was a female officer who passed by and I was asked to wait until 13.30, but I was shocked and a little angry and said "it's already 13 o'clock". While I was waiting, I saw a PATIENT WANT TO TAKE MEDICINE BUT WERE TAKEN HOME AND COME AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. Even though it was 13.02, it should have been outside the break time. Finally I asked in a high tone the male officer at the counter "what time is the break here?" He also answered "12 o'clock". I asked again "until what time??", then answered at 13. From there he just started asking what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to make a health certificate for the purposes of my internship. After that the officer immediately served with a good tone, he went into another room and not long after that the general doctor immediately came out. Does it have to be like this? Angry people first then served? Don't make the image of health facilities bad. No wonder ordinary people often have a negative view of health care workers. The service turns out to be this bad in some places

Petugas security yang menjaga di depan dan petugas wanita yg menjaga loket di lantai satu tolong bisa lebih ramah dalam melayani yaaa kalau tidak bisa ramah jangan kerja yg melayani orang apalagi di pusat kesehatan khususnya security yg di depan (bertugas hari ini Kamis 6 Januari 2022 jam 08:00-11:00). Itu security di depan tolong ganti yang ramah ya yg nyolot jgn di kasi di depan dan juga petugas loket pendaftaran bawah lantai 1. Setelah dari sana saya ke puskesmas tempat lain dan pelayanannya baik aja. Btw pelayanan dulu di sini bagus entah mengapa jadi menurun

That's security at the front, please change to a friendly one, don't give it to the front and also the registration counter staff on the 1st floor. After that, I went to a puskesmas elsewhere and the service was good. Btw the service used to be good here for some reason it's gone down

Saya dulu sering kesini sebelum oandemi untuk buat surat ket Sehat ( itu buat surat ket sehat bayar ya TIDAK GERATIS) baru sampai pintu depan itu Petugas nyolot Amat ya security yg jaga pintu depan ngomong ngegas setelah itu penjaga Loket wanita juga di Lantai 1 (pakai kacamata kerudungn) juga sama benar2 tidak membantu nyolot pula karena dari awal sudah tidak enak pelayananannya saya putuskan tidak jadi ambil surat ket sehat disana dan tidak Akan pernah lagi kesana Saya kira setelah banggggunan di renov para pelayan dan Petugas di upgrade lah ini Malahan downgrade parah. Tolong Petugas security yg jaga di depan di sortir yg ramah ya kalu ga bisa ramah dan juga yg jaga loket latai 1 juga karena itu Wajah pulsesmas kita kesana itu bayar tidak Geratis ya Kalau tdk bisa me layani ya jgn kerja di pusat Kesehatan dong saya harap bisa di perbaiki Btw setelah dari sana saya ke salah satu puskesmas di Jakarta Timur pelayanannyaa bagus Petugas ramah dan cepat dan saya lihat juga mereka gercep ga kayak Petugas yg hanya Dudu diam di meja sambil Pegang nomer antrian

The staff was friendly and fast and I also saw that they were fast, not like the officer who just sat quietly at the table holding the queue number

Poli umum antri bentar. Kalo ga ada bpjs bayar admin 10.000 udah konsul, obat. Lumayan buat pengobatan awal.
The general police queue for a while. If there is no bpjs, the admin pays 10,000 already a consul, medicine. Good for initial treatment.
