Pelayanan total berubah sejak covid19. Pelayanan profesional, ramah dan menjaga 3M untuk preventif covid19 juga. Cuma sayang aja ga 24 jam, cuma buka sampai 10 pagi aja
Total services have changed since covid19. Professional, friendly and guarding service for 3M to prevent Covid19 too. It's just a shame it's not 24 hours, it's only open until 10 in the morning

Layanannya teramat buruk, dokternya juga gak ramah cepat naik darah. Padahal cuman meminta tambahan pitamin. Malah di jawab dengan nada marah

Ternyata buka cuma gua doang yaa yg ngeluh karna pelayanannya. Emang gak semua pelayanannya buruk sih. Ada beberapa orang yg menurut gua gak sopan bgt sihh ngelayanin kita yg berobat. Lah kita juga berobat bayar coyyy. Bukan berobat geratisan. Walaupun yg pengguna BPJS juga mereka pada bayar tiap bulannya. Tapi kok pelayanannya kek gak ikhlas bgt kertjanya. Kalau gak mau atau males kerja. Gak usa lu pada kerja di puskesmas. ManaΒ² tuh yaa petugas kesehatan/pelayanan itu harus ramah, sabar , murah senyum. Jadi kita juga segen gitu enak berobat di sana. Beberapa kali gua berobat di sana slalu aja ketemu sama si orang yg jutek. Ciri2nya cewek usia kisaran 25+ lah. Pake kerudung. Kecil gak tinggi juga. Superrr jutek parah. Gila sihh ampeΒ² gua pernah yaa saling nyolot sama tu orang krna gua udah saking keseLnya sama tu orang. Pendaftaran aja ampe di ribetin gegara gua lupa nyimpen kartu berobat alias ilang. Ampe ribeeeddd bgt. Yg katanya kartu berobat itu penting harus di bawa jgn sampe ilang.oke gua salah Lah yg namanya ilang mau gimana lagi coba. Terus katanya kalau gak ada kartu berobat bakal lama gitulah proses berobatnya. Lah kata gua mba kalau elu ribed begini yg ada malah makin lama nlah.elu sendiri juga yg buat ribed. Ampe gua Gedeg gua pindah ke yg 1lagi minta di urusin pendaftarnya. Yg satulagi mah enak adem orangnya gak ribed kek dia orang. Dah ahk thanks

Several times I went to treatment there, I always met the dirty guy. Characteristics are girls aged 25+. Wear a veil. Small or not tall too. Superrr lousy jutek. It's insane that I once stared at each other because I was so annoyed with other people. I just registered until I was on the ribetin because I forgot to save my medical card, aka lost. Ampe ribeeeddd bgt. What he said is that the medical card is important, you have to bring it until you lose it. I'm wrong, the one whose name is missing, what else do you want to try. Then he said that if there is no medical card, it will take a long time, that's the treatment process. I said, mba, if you are ribed like this, it will actually take longer. Ternyata benar apa yang dibilang orang-orang di ulasan ini. Tenaga kesehatan kurang ramah, pelayanan kurang, konsultasi seperti satu arah saja setiap ingin bicara seperti dipotong. Mengecewakan sih, kasian ya masyarakat yang mau berobat. Seharusnya pelayanan masyarakat bisa memberikan pelayanan yg baik untuk masyarakat.
Turns out it's true what the people in this review say. Health workers are not friendly, service is lacking, consultation is like one way every time you want to talk, it's like being cut off. It's disappointing, I feel sorry for the people who want treatment. Community service should be able to provide good service to the community.

Dalam 2 jam tenaga administrasi pendaftaran cuma mampu melayani 15 orang padahal ada 2 loket. Sangat mengecewakan, fasilitas, gedung dan SDM lengkap tapi pelayanan payah.
Within 2 hours the registration administration staff was only able to serve 15 people even though there were 2 counters. Very disappointing, complete facilities, buildings and human resources but poor service.

TIDAK ADA RUANG LAKTASI. Saya dpt antrian nomor 2 di depan tapi dipanggil no.4 di antrian msuk poli umum, gak ngerti kenapa ky gtu, harusnya letak status sesuai dgn antrian.
NO LACTATION ROOM. I got queue number 2 in front but was called no.4 in the queue including general poly, I don't understand why, the status should be in accordance with the queue.

Petugasnya jutek jutek banget. Dilayaninnya lama padahal saya pasien umum loh bukan BPJS. Padahal lagi ngga ngapa ngapain tapi manggil pasien untuk pendaftaran aja lama banget ??? Sangat sangat buruk ??????? Saya cuman puas dengan layanan bidannya aja, bidannya ramah banget, penjelasannya detail banget. Terima kasih ibu bidan yg sangat baik hati, karena ibu saya memberikan bintang 3, kalau tidak karena ibu saya akan kasih bintang minus sekian, karena kekecewaan saya sama puskesmas ini.

Saya lahiran di sini sekalian bayar dibuatkan akte anak dan kartu keluarga baru. Udah 2 bulan masih belum menghubungi nomor yang saya cantumkan. Saya datengin bilangnya belum jadi. Gimana ini? Saya butuh buat bikin bpjs anak saya. Yang jelas dong Mana kartu keluarga saya yang asli ditahan, uang udah masuk.
