★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Izin melaporkan pelayanan buruk untuk puskesmas rangkapan jaya baru, rawa denok. Terjadi penolakan perpanjangan surat rujukan oleh salah satu pegawai disana dengan alasan "ini habisnya msh beberapa hari lagi bu, nanti aja balik lagi habis bulan" (tanggal 29) padahal tanggal 30 habis masa berlakunya, dan ibu saya akan melakukan kontrol kontrol Jantung rutin tgl 2 Juli ini, dan sialnya ternyata puskesmas tutup bertepatan tgl 2 ini ketika kembali ingin membuat surat rujukan karna ada penyemprotan desinfektan. Alhasil, tidak bisa kontrol padahal cukup urgensi untuk penyakit jantung. Baru kali ini ada penolakan perpanjangan surat harus menunggu sampai waktunya habis. Perilaku tanpa empati dan perhitungan yg membuat kesulitan org lain, Semoga pegawai yg berbuat keburukan itu tidak dipersulit urusannya ketika sakit maupun diakhirat:)

Behavior without empathy and calculation that makes other people difficult, Hopefully employees who do bad things are not complicated business when sick or in the afterlife :)

Bad service, problems not solved by coming there, and very very unhelpful.

Prcuma sy minta surat keterangan RT RW donk..
I just want information, if from the covid funeral office for free crates & ambulances, but why if you go to TPU/waqf land using ambulances & crates, the health office pays 5 million...?

Harjamukti Health Center, bad service.. taking care of referral letters is difficult, staff and doctors are impressed and openly underestimate patients
