★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pendaftarannya sangat tidak ramah dan terkesan meremehkan calon pasien. Jauh dengan pelayanan2 kesehatan yg ada.. terutama swasta. Kalau ga terdesak juga nggak kesini.wkwkkk
The registration service is very unfriendly and seems to belittle potential patients. Far from the existing health services .. especially private. If you're not urgent, don't come here either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lumayan. Dan kelebihan nya deket dari rumah. Jadi enak kalo buat ke sana. Ada poli umum, ada poli gigi juga. Meskipun tempatnya kecil tapi dingin ada acnya jadi ga kepanasan, cuma kalo mobil masuk harus pelan-pelan karena banyak mobil parkir di sekitar puskesmas. Jadi jalanannya sempit.
The service is pretty good. And the advantages are near home. So it's nice to go there. There are general poly, there are dental poles too. Although the place is small but cold, the air conditioner is not too hot, only if the car enters it must be slow because there are lots of cars parked around the health center. So the streets are narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau nanya, ini harusnya tutup jam berapa sih hari sabtu? Saya datang jam 11.10 kok udah tutup aja? Jadwalnya disini jam 12.00 hari sabtu.
Saya datang untuk kontrol hari sabtu tanggal 10 oktober 2020, datang jam 11.10, kata satpam nya udah tutup, perawatnya ada keperluan. Terus saya dialihkan ke puskesmas kecamatan gambir, duh, biasanya di tolak di gambir kalo jam segini udah berobat.
Tolong dong, kalo emang ada keperluan, dicariin ganti nya, jangan asal ditutup. Biasanya saya betobat baik2 aja, ramah. Saya tetep kasih bintang 5, tapi tolong perbaiki pelayanannya.

Bila kita mau berobat ke sini, kita ambil nomor antrian, setelah nomor antri kita di panggil, kita akan diarahkan ke bagian pendaftaran. Di bagian ini cukup dengan meminjamkan KTP atau kartu identitas yang lain untuk di catatkan.
Kita juga akan di tanyakan alamat tempat kerja atau tinggal yang masih dekat dengan Puskesmas tersebut. Di bagian ini kita juga membayar Rp 10.000. Selanjutnya kita akan diperiksa tensinya, lalu di periksa berat badan dan tinggi badan. Berikut nya akan di periksa lingkar pinggang.
Setelah selesai, kita di persilahkan menunggu antrian sesuai dengan Poli / layanan kesehatan yang kita pilih.
Pelayanan Dokter nya sigap dan ramah. Begitu juga dengan bagian Keamanan, Pendaftaran, Kasir dan lainnya.
