★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa sekali sama pelayanannya. Saya antrin teman saya berobat ke puskesmas krukut ini pd tgl 18 februari jam 8. Sampe di sana nomor antriannya habis. Saya bilang kepetugas bahwa teman saya sakit, dadaknya sesak kepala pusing dan muntah2 badannya panas, eeeh dengan enteng dia bilang tunggu jam 10. Trus saya komplen klo dia pinsan gimana?
klo terjadi apa2 siapa yg mau tanggu jawab? Dokternya malah bilang sambil ketawa " duduk aja dlu katanya. Sedangkan teman saya udah nangis2 kesakitan.pas teman saya mau mau pamit pergi di ledekin ga jadi d tunggu !

I am very disappointed with the service. I asked my friend to go to the Krukut health center on February 18 at 8. Until there the queue number ran out. if anything happens who wants to answer? The doctor even said while laughing "just sit down and say it. While my friend was crying out in pain. My friend wants to leave to leave, but I'm not waiting!

Puskesmasnya Bersih, pelayanannya sangat baik. saya menjadi Pasien Covid akhir tahun 2020 lalu, saya diperiksa dan diarahkan untuk PCR ke Puskesmas Kec. Sambil menunggu hasil, kami dibekali obat-obatan serta dipantau via online oleh Dokter Puskes. Setelah hasil saya positif saya dan keluarga di rujuk ke wisma atlet. Walaupun kami di wisma Atlet, tapi tetap dipantau melalui online oleh Puskesmas Kel Krukut. Hingga Kami benar2 dinyatakan sembuh. Terimakasi banyak Puskesmas krukut. jangan lupa gunakan antrian online agar lebih mudah

While waiting for the results, we were provided with medicines and monitored via online by the Health Center Doctor. After my results were positive, my family and I were referred to the athlete's guesthouse. Even though we are at the Athlete's House, we are still monitored online by the Kel Krukut Health Center. Until we are declared cured. Thank you very much Krukut Health Center. don't forget to use the online queue to make it easier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah dokter bagian periksa hamilnya judes banget ngitung usia kehamilan aja salah sebelumnya saya periksa tgl 28 Juli dokternya baik usia kandungan bener 24 minggu eh pas tgl 1 September masa iya ditulis nya 33 minggu udah gitu judes nya minta ampun saya kira dokternya sama kaya bulan lalu
Coba dong milih dokter itu yg ramah saya nyesel kalo periksa di puskesmas mungkin krn gratis kali ya jadi di sepelein gitu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanan bagus semua,, cuman pas ambil nomor antrian.a yang kurang.,harus.a pak satpam.a bagi yang datang duluan lansung kasi tidak usah nunggu jam 7.,jadi kan misal.a datang jam 6 sudah dpat nomer mungkin bisa balik lagi ke rumah .. Bisa bebenah di rumah/ngurus anak,, suami. Jadi waktu tidak terebuang..selebihnya si bagus.
In my opinion, the service is good, all, just when you take the queue number. A is lacking, you have to, Mr. security guard. A for those who come first, you don't have to wait at 7, so for example, if you come at 6, you can get a number maybe can go back to the house .. Can clean up at home / take care of children, husband. So time is not wasted.. the rest is good.
