★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah ngurus surat sendiri dari jaman bikin ktp dan sampe sekarang jaman kuliah. Baru kali ini dong ngerasain kayak dipersulit dan bikin bolak-balik rumah - kelurahan. Untung rumahnya deket lho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal di Palmerah sudah lumayan lama. Pertama kali ngurus KTP juga di sini, jadi saya merasakan dari jaman masih pelayanan konvensional hingga sekarang sudah serba cepat dan digital.
Sempat nomor antreannya diprint. Sekarang tidak lagi, diganti kertas bernomor yang bisa dipakai ulang. Pelayanan sih tetap cepat dan ramah. Ngurus e-KTP yang hilang cuma sehari langsung jadi. Ngurus surat keterangan kematian dan pengantar ke KUA juga tidak dipersulit.
Saya bangga jadi warga Palmerah.
I lived in Palmerah for quite a long time. The first time I took care of my KTP was here, so I felt that from the time when conventional services were still being served, until now they are fast-paced and digital.

Gedungnya bagus, untuk pelayanan ada nomer antriannya.
Tempat parkir bisa untuk 8-10 mobil, untuk parkir motor bisa untuk 30an sepeda motor.
Ada jalur khusus untuk pengguna kursi roda sampai di lobby front office.
Lokasi berada di komplek sandang yang tenang.
