★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak yang kasih bintang satu ya. Pengalaman saya sendiri saya berobat pribadi bukan BPJS fine² aja. Mungkin muka perawat atau dokternya bisa diperbaiki sedikit agar tidak jutek.
 Many people love one star. In my own experience, I took medication personally, not just BPJS. Maybe the face of the nurse or doctor can be corrected a little so that it is not dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 15 Maret 2022 Saya Pasien Pasca Operasi,Sebelumnya saya minta rujukan untuk kontrol ke Rumah Sakit Rujukan Namun Pihak Puskesmas Tugu Agar Dikontrol DiPuskesmas saja.Saya Ikuti Sarannya,Namun Saya Kecewa dengan pelayanan nya saya ngantri pagi2 buta jam 5 pagi dengan harapan dilayani paling awal.Setelah ketemu dengan pihak dokter dan diarahkan ke ruang tindakan,1jam lebih saya tidak ada penanganan dengan alasan pasien yang lain ditindak dlu sampai selesai baru ada tindakan.Buat apa saya ngantri pagi2 kalo ditanganinya diakhir2 juga,DZalim ini namanya???
Today, March 15, 2022, I am a postoperative patient. Previously, I asked for a referral for control to the Referral Hospital. However, the Tugu Health Center should only be controlled at the Health Center. I followed the advice, but I was disappointed with the service. I queued up early in the morning at 5 am in the hope of being served the earliest. After meeting with the doctor and being directed to the action room, I didn't have treatment for more than 1 hour on the grounds that other patients were acted upon until they were finished and then there was action. Why am I queuing in the morning if it is handled late, this is DZalim???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya bukan asli sini. Gakenal juga sama petugas sini. Saya objektif aja. Pegawe satu ini yang sukanya manggilnya teriak2 dan sengak tolong di tegur. Saya pernah dimarahin gegara telat sebentar karena habis cari makan nomor antri saya kelewat dan ditaro plg akhir jadinya. Padahal saya jam 6pg udh disini. Udah gitu saya pernah sakit temggorokan karena makanan saya di ikutkan antrian covid diluar. Parah terus saya diketasain dokternya kenapa antri gejala covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngerasain gejala covid dan antigen disini harus di lempar ke tempat lain (laboratorium helix), ga menyediakan antigen gratis, pcr berbayar , cuma buat anggota serumah yang terpapar covid kalo mau gratis.
Laporan isoman tanggal awal covid salah, alamat salah. Respon cepet, cuma ga teliti. Dan beda sama di puskesmas kecamatan Cipayung free antigen free pcr buat yg covid
Feeling the symptoms of covid and the antigens here must be thrown elsewhere (helix laboratory), not providing free antigens, paid pcr, only for household members exposed to covid if you want free.
The isoman report of the initial date of covid is wrong, the address is wrong. Quick response, just not careful. And it's different from the Cipayung sub-district health center, free antigen free PCr for those who are covid

Sistem masuk-keluar pengunjung juga diatur dengan baik jadi tidak membludak. Saya inget kemarin dilayani oleh salah satu petugasnya dengan baik, kalo nggak salah fadiah namanya. terimakasih mba fadiah. terimakasih puskesmas tugu
I'm a booster vaccine here. Although a bit crowded but overall good. the service is good. friendly, fast, and responsive staff. The visitor entry-exit system is also well regulated so it doesn't overcrowd. I remember yesterday being served by one of the officers well, if I'm not mistaken his name is fadiah. thank you madam fadiah. Thank you Tugu Health Center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian front office bener2 ga ramah, orang nanya malah di cuekin, malah pd asik ngobrol aja.. Saat itu yg bertugas namanya Liha dan satu lagi cowo ga pake name tag.. Kalau dokter bagian vaksin anak, dokternya cewe baik banget..
The front office is really not friendly, people ask questions and they are ignored, even when they are just chatting.. At that time, the name of the one on duty was Liha and the other guy didn't use a name tag.. If the doctor is in the pediatric vaccine department, the doctor is a very nice girl..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya strategis, karna depan jalan & sejalur dengan jalan pantura akses UI.
Tempat parkirnya terlihat sempit, tapi ternyata ada lagi dibagian samping puskesmas, tersedia juga untuk parkir mobil, puskesmas nya terlihat kecil tapi kalau sudah masuk ke dalam, tempatnya itu lega yaah nan luas..terjangkau juga dengan pedagang makanan ringan seperti jajanan anak, tempat cuci tangannya juga tersedia di bagian depan pintu masuk & cukup besar tempat cuci tangannya.
Pelayanannya juga ramah, terimakasih banyak ibu & bapak dokter ? customer, suster & yang lainnya juga.

The parking lot looks cramped, but it turns out that there is another one on the side of the health center, also available for car parking, the health center looks small but when you go inside, the place is spacious and spacious... also affordable with snack vendors such as children's snacks, laundry facilities His hands are also available at the front of the entrance & big enough for his hand washing.
The service is also friendly, thank you very much mom & dad doctor ? customers, nurses & others too.
