★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah langganan disini sejak masih di Jln Pos Pengumben (samping Gang Karya Utama), dan baru kali ini dapet Dokter yg tidak seramah dokter2 sebelumnya.
SANGAT KECEWA untuk pelayanan dan komunikasi dokter tsb. Semoga kedepanya semua dokter di klinik ini bisa kembali ramah seperti dokter2 sebelumnya.
I have been subscribed here since I was at Jln Pos Pengumben (next to the Main Karya Gang), and only this time I got a Doctor who was not as friendly as the previous doctors.
VERY DISAPPOINTED for the service and communication of the doctor. Hopefully in the future all doctors in this clinic can be friendly again like the previous doctors.

Ditelfon bilang swab 24 jam buka. Sengaja dateng pagi supaya gak gabung pas rame takut hasil masih positif. Pas udah dateng jam 6 belom buka dan dokter nya bilang "ganggu tidur kita". TOLONG INFO JELAS.
Came here for a swab because after recovering from covid.
Called saying swab 24 hours open. Deliberately come in the morning so as not to join when it's crowded, afraid the results are still positive. When I arrived at 6 it wasn't open yet and the doctor said "disturbing our sleep". CLEAR INFO PLEASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg jadi langganan kalo gue atau nyokap sakit.
Ini pindahan dari lokasi lama yg dkt lampu merah srengseng, lokasi yg baru ini lebih bagus dan nyaman dibanding yg.lama.
Pelayanannya ramah, harga bersahabat dan udah cocok juga dengan dokter-dokter yg praktek (ada beberapa dokter praktek di klinik ini).
Obatnya juga cocok, ga pernah ada keluhan lanjutan.
The clinic is a subscription if I or my husband is sick.
This is a move from the old location with red light, this new location is better and more comfortable than the old one.
The service is friendly, the prices are friendly and already suitable also with doctors who practice (there are several doctors practicing at this clinic).
The medicine is also suitable, there are never any further complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah berobat disini waktu lagi hamil (pengobatan luka setelah jatuh dari motor) dokternya nyeletuk dengan judesnya "harus ditahan, gimana nanti mau lahiran sakitnya lebih dari ini" tidak wajar sepertinya seorang dokter ngomong begitu, sampai pasien nya trauma
Ever been treated here when I was pregnant (treating wounds after falling from a motorbike) the doctor said with a bitch "must be detained, how will you want to give birth it hurts more than this" it's not natural it seems like a doctor says that, until the patient is traumatized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dicatet yah saya kesini 9 november 2021 pukul 23.00 wib. Dtg2 ruangan bauuuuu ternyata admin dkk lagi pada makan popmie ! Gabisa makan di tempat lain mbak ? Malah skalian kongkow nyambi jadi admin.. kesini malem2 karena anak saya 4th telinganya luka berdarah namun kondisi klinis baik. DOKTERNYA JUDES pake jilbab gatau siapa namanya. Cuma nyenterin telinga anak saya sebentar trus bilang ke IGD aja Bu kita gapunya alatnya. Gimana mau naik pangkat Andaaaa jadi spesialis... memang ini klinik murah tapi baru kali ini pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan !!
