Security brengsek dan sok jagoan.. Mempersulit orang berobat memerintah kan pakai masker double pada pengunjung yang ingin berobat, padahal banyak pengunjung serta pegawai puskesmas itu sendiri tidak double masker.. Semoga kepala Puskesmas bisa berikan training kepada security nya... Sebelum memerintah tolong di koreksi kembali.. Terima kasih

Puas dengan pelayanan puskesmas pademangan selama pandemi. Pelayanan jauh berbeda dibanding pelayanan bbrp thn yg lalu. Lebih berasa ramah, walaupun kdng masih ada bbrp personel yg masih berasa kurmg supel dlm berkomunikasi. Namun cukup berasa perbedaannnya dibanding pelayanan bbrp thn lalu yg lalu, sampe sempat dijuluki puskesmas yg isinya org2 sombong2. Semoga kedepannya pelayanannya bs lebih ditngkatkan, dan semoga semua tim nakes sehat selalu dan sabar menghadapi tantangan2 ke depannya.
Satisfied with the services of the Pademangan Health Center during the pandemic. The service is much different from the service a few years ago. Feels more friendly, even though sometimes there are still some personnel who still feel less sociable in communicating. However, it feels quite different from the service a few years ago, until it was nicknamed the puskesmas which contains arrogant people. Hopefully in the future the service can be further improved, and hopefully all the health care team will always be healthy and patient to face the challenges ahead.

Kasir etika nya nol...pakek bbjs pdhl baru 3x di bilang udh 4x jadi harus bayar .pdhl baru 3 x. udh bapak2x ,cara ngomong gk ada etika..pas saya minta uang balik mlh bilang gini..luka nya Kren apa,sy jwb kecelakan mlh BPK tersebut ngegas dan bilang harus bayar..pdhl dari loket teriak bilang gini gk bayar pak..itu ibu nya hanya kontral luka..masih aja bapak tersebut merasa klo Dy bner ...dnger ya pak saya udh bilang tadi saya tidak mslah nominal uang nya tpi saya paling gk suka SM orang gk jujur.....pdhl dokter nya baik. Seneng periksa di sna tpi liat perlakuan kasir jadi muak

Ati2 ada oknum relawan perawat laki laki yg berani pinjam uang sama keluarga pasien. Keluarga pasien dijanjikan pas di tanggal gajian utangnya akan di bayar, ada buktinya chattingan di WA dengan keluarga pasien. tapi kenyataannya oknum relawan perawat berlagak bego pura2 seperti orang yg tidak punya utang.

saya sering lewat, kayaknya minggu ini lni pasien yg positip covid sama swab di poli depan lgi banyak ya, semoga para nakes sehat selalu dan tetap sabar ngobatin kami warga pademangan yg kdg klw saya lgi berobat ke sana bnyak pasien gak sabar, mata nya ngeliat tapi buta gak mw liat keadaan pasien nya emng lgi bnyak main marah-marah, nyerobot antrian, kdng saya kasian ngeliat nakes nya. ttp smngat, GBU

Pelayanan nya cukup baik, jika menggunakan BPJS harus mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku, akan diperiksa oleh dokter umum terlebih dahulu dan diberikan obat, jika tidak membaik bisa kembali lagi dan mengajukan surat rujukan ke RS terdaftar. Pengambilan nomor antrian dimulai dari jam 6 pagi dan pelayanan dimulai jam 8 pagi, bisa datang lebih awal jika mau. Permintaan surat rujukan di hari senin s/d jumat Security nya sangat membantu dan dokternya ramah-ramah

Etika benar2 nol, sebelumnya sy sudah telpon, katanya asal ada gejala boleh pcr , stelah sampai puskesmas dan memberikan data ke security yg sudah di sampaikan ke dokter, disuruh nunggu, udah 1 stengah jam nunggu kok rasanya nama saya di lewatin, jd saya tanya ke dokter , dokter berdalih td ud d panggil , saya blg , saya drtd d sini dan perhatiin, mungkin dia ngeh klo nama saya kelongkap jd dkter itu berdalih lg , katanya klo ga d suruh dokter untuk pcr ya gaboleh pcr dlu, jelas aja saya marah , saya blg kenapa ga blg dr awal, saya sampe hrus tunggu 1 stengah jam bru ngmong gini , itu nunggu dlm posisi badan sakit semua trs blm sepenuhnya demam dan meriang ilang, klo trnyata saya td nya negatif malah jd positif gara2 terpapar d sana gmn ? Dan tau tanggapan dokter2 itu gmn ? CUMA KETAWA SINIS. Oiya satu lg , parahnya gaada tuh social distancing , gaada satupun yang atur atau mengingatkan kalau duduk gaboleh deketan. BNER2 KECEWA , TOLONG KASIH MASUKKAN, HARUS LAPOR KE SIAPA KALAU PELAYANANNYA BEGINI
Ethics is absolutely zero, I've called before, he said as long as there are symptoms you can do a PCR, after arriving at the health center and providing data to security which has been conveyed to the doctor, told to wait, I've been waiting for 1 and a half hours how come it feels like my name has been skipped, so I asked the the doctor, the doctor argued that the doctor had not been called, I told you, I was drtd here and watched, maybe he knows that my name is complete so the doctor argues again, he said if he didn't tell the doctor to do it, you can't do it first, obviously I'm angry, I told you why didn't you tell me from the start, I had to wait for 1 and a half hours and then say this, I was waiting in a sick position, then the fever wasn't completely gone and the fever went away, if it turns out that I wasn't negative, what happened because I was exposed there? And do you know what the doctor's response was? JUST SINCERE LAUGHTER. Oh, one more thing, the worst thing is that there is no social distancing, no one to regulate or remind you that you can't sit close together.
