★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih baik cari puskesmas lain dibanding di sini kalau darurat kecuali Anda sudah menyiapkan waktu untuk mengurusi administrasi dan punya dana yang cukup sebelum ke sini.
It's better to look for another puskesmas than here if it is an emergency unless you have prepared time to administer the administration and have sufficient funds before going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paraaah pelayanan petugas admin pendaftarannya. Ngomong nya ga enakin bgd. Saya ksana jam 10 pagi mau periksa kandungan. Katanya abis kuotanya. Klo mau maksa ke atas aja tanya ama bidannya. Dia pikir org hamil ga berat bawa perut naek trun tangga. Ama org hamil aja kasar apalagi ama pasien biasa. Penasaran deh sbnrnya sprt apa sop nya. Pelayanannya buruuuuukk..
The service of the registration admin officer. Saying it doesn't feel good. I was there at 10 am to check the content. He said he ran out of quota. If you want to force it up, just ask the midwife. He thinks pregnant people are not heavy carrying the stomach up and down stairs. Ama pregnant people are just rude, let alone ordinary patients. I'm really curious what the soup looks like. The service sucks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada ga sih bintang nol? Pelayanan dr securitynya aja songong, sombong, ga ramah. Jadwal buka tertera jelas di pintu senin - kamis 07:30-16:00 dan Jumat 07:30-16:30 realnya baru jam 2 pass aja udh ga boleh masuk ngomongnya ga enakin lagi. Mau coba report ke dinkes nih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong bagi Puskesmas Kec Tj Priok masukkan itu untuk di evaluasi, puskesmas SA 3 ini SECURITY-nya amat sangat tidak ramah dan sopan baik sikap dan tata bicaranya terhadap lansia maupun anak, loketnya pun yang (maaf) gemuk tidak komunikatif dalam memberikan keterangan berganti2 jawaban (kenapa petugas2 tersebut masih dipertahankan)
sungguh amat mengecewakan, jam pelayanan sudah bukan hanya di jam 12 loh, 3x datang untuk imunisasi anak balita tidak bisa dilayani dengan alasan vaksin covid, awal disebutkan datang di siang (11.45) DITOLAK imunisasi dengan alasan di pagi hari, hari kedua datang pagi(08:00) DITOLAK dengan imunisasi di jam siang karena pagi vaksin covid, hari ke 3 datang jam (09.45) tetap DITOLAK masih tidak bisa melayani, dan lansia dibentak2 dengan nada serta kalimat yang tidak pantas oleh security & petugas loket tersebut
apakah harus masuk ke "QLUE" terlebih dahulu bpk/ibu yang terhormat baru ada respon untuk masyarakatnya, dan penanganan terhadap karyawan dari bpk/ibu tersebut untuk bisa dibina agar ramah dan sopan bersikap serta bertutur kata terhadap warganya...
Apresiasi untuk respon Puskel SA 2 dengan petugasnya yang sangat komunikatif dan edukatif dalam memberikan penjelasan

really very disappointing, service hours are not only at 12 o'clock, tablets, 3 times coming for immunization of children under five can't be served on the grounds of the covid vaccine, initially it was stated that they came in the afternoon (11.45) REJECTED immunization on the grounds that it was in the morning, the second day came in the morning (08 :00) REJECTED with immunization at noon because of the covid vaccine morning, the 3rd day came at (09.45) still REJECTED, still unable to serve, and the elderly were shouted at with inappropriate tones and sentences by the security & counter staff
do you have to enter "QLUE" first, dear sir/madam, then there will be a response for the community, and the handling of the employees of the cp/mother so that they can be fostered so that they are friendly and polite to behave and speak to their citizens...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kesini mengantarkan ibu vaksin, tempatnya nyaman banget, ga harus naik turun tangga jadi ga capek, bersih, terus mata seger karena banyak tanaman yang dirawaaatt... alhamdulillah petugasnya juga ramah2...
reccomended banget buat vaksin disini pokoknyaaaa ....
come here to deliver the vaccine mother, the place is very comfortable, you don't have to go up and down stairs so you don't get tired, clean, keep your eyes fresh because there are lots of plants being cared for... thank God the staff is also friendly...
really recommended for vaccines here anyway....
