★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER WITH THE BEST SERVICE ALONG WITH KINDEST STAFFS I KNOW! Jadi saya sempat ke salah satu rsud d tmpat saya, namun para staffnya keliatannya pada tidak mau mengurus saya yang sudah sakit.
Namun, pas pindah ke Puskesmas Sawah Besar, wah saya benar benar kaget (in a good way) karena cara mereka take care of their patients itu sangatlah caring dan saya merasa bahwa mereka perduli terhadap kesehatan saya. Mulai dari bapak satpamnya yang sangat baik dan ramah, ke staff lobby yang sangat menuntun saya (first time soalnya) sampai kepada suster dan dokter yang sangat professional dalam memeriksa sakit saya dan sangat sabar dalam mendengarkan keluhan saya. Kalau sakit lagi (amit amit) saya pasti akan balik lagi ke Puskesmas Sawah Besar, karna seperti yang saya bilang sebelumnya, they have the best service bahkan dibandingkan dengan rsud area saya. Recommended banget!
 THE BEST PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER WITH THE BEST SERVICE ALONG WITH KINDEST STAFFS I KNOW! So I went to one of the hospitals where I was, but the staff didn't seem to want to take care of me who was already sick.
However, when I moved to the Sawah Besar Health Center, I was really surprised (in a good way) because the way they took care of their patients was very caring and I felt that they cared about my health. Starting from his very kind and friendly security guard, to the lobby staff who guided me (first time problem) to the nurses and doctors who were very professional in examining my illness and very patient in listening to my complaints. If I get sick again (God forbid) I will definitely go back to the Sawah Besar Health Center, because as I said before, they have the best service even compared to my rsud area. Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebulan yang lalu lahiran anak ketiga di puskesmas sini utk pelayanan security,suster,bidan semua baik2 .sebelumnya lahiran anak kedua juga disini tapi msh gedung lama karena lagi di renov.Ruangan rawat inap juga bersih,makanannya juga lumayan enak.sukses terus dan semoga lebih baik kedepannya..tq
A month ago, the third child was born at the puskesmas here for security services, nurses, midwives were all fine. Previously, the second child was born here but it's still an old building because it's being renovated. The inpatient room is also clean, the food is also pretty good. Continued success and hopefully more good future..tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk poli HIV sy sangat sarankan agar pasien jgn ke sini krn mungkin emg dokter Suryati nya sengaja kurang ramah/peduli sm pasien biar ga rame takut capek dan makan gaji buta *maaf?. Sy sangat menyesal pernah berurusan sm poli HIV di puskesmas ini krn dokter suryati sangat kurang peduli dan susah komunikasi lebih mengandalkan hampir 90 persen ke anak buahnya. Tolong pihak terkait agar hal ini dievaluasi lagi. Pasien B20 tdk semua memiliki mental pejuang jika ketemu dgn pola layanan seorang dokter yg sangat cuek justru akan semakin down. Terimakasih
For the HIV poly, I highly recommend that patients don't come here because maybe Dr. Suryati is intentionally not friendly/caring about patients so that they don't get busy, afraid of being tired and eating blind salaries *sorry?. I'm very sorry that I ever dealt with the HIV poly at this health center because Doctor Suryati really didn't care and had difficulty communicating, relying almost 90 percent on his subordinates. Please the relevant parties to re-evaluate this matter. Not all of the B20 patients have a warrior mentality, if they meet the service pattern of a doctor who is very indifferent, it will actually get worse. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIH YA!! saya doakan semoga tuh satpam sama bidan cwe bisa ngerasain suatu saat kaya saya,dr sya yang terkecewa dan kessl banget,td pagi sya kontrol bwa baby ,lahiran emang beda di rs budi berhub tempat tinggal dket ke puskesms ini dibWa kesini karna disaranin emang kontrol dipuskesmas terdekat, dtg kesana malah disuru balik sama satpam yang didepan dan bidan yang didepan karna apa? ktp saya daerah harus minta surat domisili skrng??? pdhl sy sudah bwa surat dr rs yang hrus dibw ke puskesmas udh cukup, seharusnya kalian satpam dan blg memberikan pertolongan lu cmn satpam jangan sombong udh lu pake nada tinggi gua ibu bawa bayi lu disuru duduk aja kaga malah disuru bLik kalau gua ga ngotot buat merka hub pihak atas dlu bsa apa engga setelag dihub pihak lt 3 bagian anak ternyata bisa ,pas gua diatas gua blg ditahan dibWah karna ktp daerah suru baw domisili, nyatanya apa org atas blg untuk kontrol bis tanpa surat domisili kecualiii cek kontrol kehamilan!!! gua sampe skrng gedek satpam baru kali ini tengil kaya gtu semua satpam dmna2 ngarahin nolongin bukan kaya gtu sombing banget hdup lu dah!!! puskesmas ok pelayaan gtu gmana ranting gajelek puskesmas mana2 tempat kurang tapi pelayaan bagus terutama satpam sopan baik dan mengayomi,gila gua bkn bpjs aja kaya gtu apalg gua bpjs !!! gua harapan atasan nya yang tertinggi baca

My regional ID must ask for a domicile letter now??? Pdhl I've brought a letter from the hospital that has to be taken to the health center, that's enough, you should be a security guard and give you help, cmn security, don't be arrogant, you use a high tone, I'm a mother, bring your baby, you're told to sit down, don't ask if I'm not insistent on them the top party hub was able to do it or not after being contacted by the 3rd floor party, the children turned out to be able to, when I was above the cave, I wasn't detained at the bottom because my local ID card in Suru Baw is domiciled, in fact, what is the person above asking for bus control without a domicile certificate except for a pregnancy control check!!! I'm up until now, the new security guard is cranky like that, all the security guards where to help, not like that, you're so arrogant, you've been alive!!! Puskesmas is ok, service like that, how is the branch bad, Puskesmas everywhere is lacking but the service is good, especially the security guard who is polite and nurturing, I'm crazy, I'm not just BPJS like that, what if I'm BPJS!!!
