★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jujurly untuk bagian administrasi & dokternya gada masalah. tp labnya sih yg gada ramah2nya, sampe ngebentak padahal izin foto hanya anaknya yg lg di ambil darah utk sekedar pelaporan ke pondoknya bahwa anak benar2 dibawa berobat. shock sih, kok bisa sampe ngebentak pdhl juga izin udh sopan juga lembut dan bukan foto orang labnya. klaupun memang sop nya tdk diperbolehkan bisa kan ya bicara lebih baik lagi? ya apapun dan siapapun yg berobat tlg dijaga sopan santunnya.
Honestly, for the administration & doctor, there are no problems. but the lab isn't friendly enough, until it snaps even though the photo permit is only for the child who is taking blood to just report to the hut that the child is really being taken for treatment. I'm in shock, how come I can yell even if the permission is polite and gentle and not a photo of the lab person. even if the soup is not allowed, can you talk better? Yes, whatever and whoever is seeking treatment, please keep their manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi di Jl. Mahoni Selatan tepat di seberang Kantor Lurah Tugu Utara. Area parkir sempit, biasanya habis untuk karyawan Puskesmas. Better parkir di Alfamart samping Puskesmas, atau biasanya banyak yang asal parkir di pinggir jalan. Pelayanan cukup baik & cekatan. Bagi pasien dengan gejala covid-19 seperti batuk, radang, demam, flu, dll akan diperiksa di area outdoor (tenda terbuka) samping gedung utama, belakang parkiran ambulance. Pemeriksaan hingga pemberian obat dilakukan di sana. Bagi penderita tanpa indikasi covid-19 ditangani seperti biasa di gedung utama.
Located on Jl. South Mahogany right across from the Tugu Utara Urban Village Office. Narrow parking area, usually used up for Puskesmas employees. Better to park at Alfamart next to the Puskesmas, or usually a lot of parking at the side of the road. Service is quite good & deft. Patients with Covid-19 symptoms such as coughing, inflammation, fever, flu, etc. will be examined in an outdoor area (open tent) next to the main building, behind the ambulance parking lot. Examination until drug administration is carried out there. Patients without an indication of Covid-19 are handled as usual in the main building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff I came across with were very helpful, polite, and informative. Granted, the queue was fantastic. But all seem normal, no illegal fees or whatsoever. The only thing I paid was for the parking, and it was optional. Talking about polite earlier, even the parking staff was very polite and helpful. The place is clean.
