★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas terlelet yang pernah ada di indonesia...minta penanganan untuk Covid ktnya akan dihubungi....tlp dari pagi...sampai sore belum dihubungi juga....parah banget...kok ada ya pelayanan masyarakat kaya gini...harusnya kemenkes membenahi puskesmas macam gini....harusnya yang kerja di puskesmas ini malu...udah rating jelek gak ada perbaikannya.....
 The slowest health center ever in Indonesia...asking for handling for Covid the office will be contacted....phone from morning...until afternoon has not been contacted either...so bad...how come there are community services like this.. .Ministry of Health should fix this kind of public health center.... those who work at this health center should be ashamed... it's already a bad rating and there's no improvement.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, dpt penanganan yg sangat cepat begitu terkonfirmasi positif covid-19, isoman dirumah terasa tenang karena selalu dipantau perkembangannya setiap hari, didampingi ibu dokter (dr.Novi) yang selalu memberikan pelayan prima setiap saat, plus Tim Tracer yg sigap... Masya Allah Tabarakallah.. semoga selalu diberikan kesehatan utk seluruh Nakes puskesmas Jombang Ciputat , Aamiin YRA...
Thank God, I got very fast treatment once I was confirmed positive for Covid-19, Isoman at home felt calm because his progress was monitored every day, accompanied by the doctor (dr. Novi) who always provided excellent service at all times, plus the Tracer Team who was alert... Masya Allah Tabarakallah.. may always be given health for all health workers at the Jombang Ciputat health center, Amen YRA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas paling buruk yang pernah ada, minta rujukan aja di persulit. Tidak ada ramah-ramahnya. Terlalu banyak alasan dari bagian administrasi. Giliran disidak sok baik. Benci banget kepuskesmas ini, mau gak mau banget kalo minta rujukan kesini. Kasian kalo buat orang yang pake asuransi kesehatan pemerintah dipersulit mereka.
The worst health center ever, just asking for a referral is difficult. There is no friendliness. Too many excuses from the administration. It was his turn to be investigated well. I really hate this health center, I really don't want to ask for a referral here. It's a shame for people who use government health insurance to make it difficult for them.
