Informasi buka/tutupnya gak update, jadinya gak jelas ni puskesmas melayani pasien atau enggak. Karna saya dtg 2x masa tutup terus ?
Information on opening/closing is not updated, so it is not clear whether the puskesmas serves patients or not. Because I come twice, the period continues to close ?

Bagi sy pelayanan di puskesmas situ Gintung baik dan ramah tadi sy Dateng jam stngah 10 pagi dr security,,bagian pendaftaran sampai dokter dan pas ambil obat cukup ramah dan baik,,terima kasih

Lokasi puskesmas yang masuk jauh kedalam perumahan, saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan dan yang berobat wajib antigen, pelayanan cukup ramah, cepat dan tepat

Bagian admin data entry vaksinasi sangat buruk, gx ada back up data dengan alasan data banyak, ya klo gx mau banyak data gx usah kerjaaa, sehingga kita diharuskan menunjukkan kartu vaksin sebagai validasi, coba telp peduli lindungi pas di beri tahu bahwa puskesmas blm input vaksin tahap 2 nya, padahal tahap 1 nya sdh dpt sertifikat, sangattt buruk..

Waktu disuntik Tetanus di disini bulan kemaren2, jujur yg ambil darahnya jutek sm pelayanan nya ga bagus. Ya sih dsni ga bayar gratis pas suntik tetanus. Tp engga gtu juga mba!! Kan situ juga udh dgaji sm pemerintah. Alangkah baiknya pelayanannya jgn jutek2 gtu ya..
When the Tetanus was injected here last month, to be honest the one who took the blood was dirty and the service wasn't good. Yes, you don't pay for free when you have a tetanus shot. But that's not the case ma'am!! It's also already paid for by the government. It would be nice if the service didn't mess up like that..

saya mengeluhkan akan ketidak nyamanan terhadap penanganan. - Pertama saya tidak di kasih tau bahwa saya harus mengambil nomor antrian - Saya mengeluh atas ketidak sopanan pelayanan penanganan covid oleh tenaga kerja - Saya di persulit untuk mendapatkan surat keterangan telah isoman selama 13 / 14 hari. dengan alasan saya tidak lapor ke pihak puskesmas. Padahal sudah jelas saya tidak bisa kelaur dan sayapun tidak punya nomor tlp pihak puskesmas. dan saya dari awal sudah memberitahui pihak pihak tertentu seperti RT/RW. Terimakasih *Saya minta tolong untuk pihak PUSKESMAS SITU GINTUNG Perbaiki sikap dan pelayanannya agar kejadian yang menimpa saya tidak terulang kembali ke orang lain.
