★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang utk minta surat rujukan ke RS dan...DITOLAK GARA2 GAK DATANG PUKUL 7.30 (bahkan sy belum sebutkan saya pasien bpjs). Sehari sebelumnya sy telpon berkali2 ga diangkat, pagi telpon pun ga diangkat. Apa coba maksudnya? pelayanan apa spt itu.
Saya tanya jam pelayanan drg, dijawab pkul 7.30 s.d 16.00 (sy datang pkul 13.30, itu juga karena dr pagi hujan) tetap ditolak. Kecewa parah, dikira orang ga punya kerjaan apa mesti dateng jam segitu. gak rekomen banget. Mana lingkungannya kotor.
dan klinik ini TIDAK BERAFILIASI DENGAN GARUDA INDONESIA. Bukan cabang dari SBU GSM Kemayoran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengurus surat keterangan sehat untuk anak masuk SD Rp.100.000,- dari awal tidak ada pemberitahuan dari dokter maupun resepsionis, nah setelah keluar "jebakan betmen"
Resepsionis : bayar 100.000 pak,
Saya : lho kok
Resepsionis : iya bpjs tidak mengcover surat ket sehat
Saya : kenapa nggak diberitahu sejak awal, dokter juga ngga bilang
Resepsionis : ya kalau tau bapak dr awal minta surat ket sehat juga saya kasih tau "agak ketus bicaranya"
Beruntung sy mampu bayar tp kalau orang kurang mampu terjadi seperti saya juga kasian jadi merasa dijebak
Di depan kasir juga tidak terlihat daftar biaya2 : jasa dokter maupun mengurus surat kesehatan dll.
Saran :
1. Daftar biaya harus tertera : baik BPJS dan Non BPJS
2. Pelayanan lebih prima dan profesional.
Seharusnya Klinik Garuda Sentra Medika yg menjadi anak perusahaan Garuda "BUMN" harus lebih optimal lagi. Tks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari sabtu tergolong sepi jadi cepat pelayanannya. Inhealth dan BPJS bisa dipakai disini. Sekarang di sebelah the Harvest cake.
Update 6 jul 2021 resepsionis sudah dilengkapi screening temperatur dan banyak tempelannya depan resepsionis
Saturday is relatively quiet so the service is fast. Inhealth and BPJS can be used here. Now next to the Harvest cake.
Update 6 July 2021 the receptionist is equipped with temperature screening and many patches in front of the receptionist
