Kalau melihat keramaiannya setiap hari ruang tunggunya di bagian depan rame banget dari anak-anak sampai lansia. Seramai ini entah apakah worth it dengan pelayanannya. Mudah-mudah sepadan.

Sangat buruk, pelayanan di oper2. Tdk profesional, prosedurnya gak jelas. Kurang karyawan dan tidak sigap, ditanya kok gak tahu ? Gabut aja !

Tolong diperbaiki lagi untuk semua jenis pelayanan yang ada. Namanya layanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat itu harusnya mempermudah, bukan malah sulit/ribet. Dan untuk tempat juga menurut saya sangat TIDAK LAYAK di jadikan pusat kesehatan masyarakat, tolong untuk PEMKOT BEKASI segera fasilitasi dengan tempat yang lebih layak dari sekarang. Semoga masukan dan saran dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat dapat membangun untuk segala fasilitas umum kecamatan Jatisampurna.
Please improve again for all types of existing services. The name of health services for the community should make it easier, not even difficult/complicated. And for the place, in my opinion, it is not worthy of being made a public health center, please the BEKASI City Government to immediately facilitate it with a more appropriate place than now. Hopefully input and suggestions from various levels of society can build for all public facilities Jatisampurna sub-district.

PELAYANAN BURUK . 28/02/12 12.10 WIB saya datang kesitu karna vertigo dan badan demam. Si OKNUM DR Ngejudge dengan kata yg gak sopan β€œIni mah gak sakit.paling cuma mau minta surat dokter aja” WEIIIII.. KALO SAYA GAK SAKIT SAYA GAK BAKAL KE PUSKESMAS. SAYA PERGI NGEMALL. Heran attitude ga ada.
BAD SERVICE . 28/02/12 12:10 WIB I came there because of vertigo and fever. The OKNUM DR judged with disrespectful words "This doesn't hurt. At least I just want to ask for a doctor's letter" WEIIIII.. IF I AM NOT ILL I WILL NOT GO TO THE HEALTH CENTER. I WENT NGEMALL. I'm surprised there's no attitude.

Sy mau vaksin dosis 2 Astra , info di Instagram puskesmas jatisampurna tgl 8-9 ada Astra dan sinovac . Admin nya pun jga bilang ada dosis 2 Astra , tapi giliran saya Dateng ke puskesmas langsung ngga ada vaksin nya ada nya boster !! Tolong dong orang pusat maupun yg dilapangan nya Konfirmasi lagi klo ada apa2 jangan dadakan kasian orang2 yg udh jauh2 mau vaksin , ujan2an pas sampe malah ngga ada !!
I want a dose of 2 Astra vaccine, info on the Jatisampurna Puskesmas Instagram on 8-9 there is Astra and Sinovac. The admin also said there was a dose of 2 Astra, but it was my turn to come to the health center right away, there was no vaccine, there was a booster!! Please help from the center and those in the field. Confirm again if something is wrong, don't be impromptu, feel sorry for the people who have gone so far for the vaccine, when they arrive, they don't even have one!!

Sebetulnya saya MALAS kasih bintang meski hanya 1 ,TETAPI TERPAKSA kasih bintang 1 karena ingin beri komentar (mau gak mau.) 1. Pasien yg sakit tunggu dluar dan dipinggir jalan yg banyak debu dan polusi. Tidak nyaman tempat duduk antrian d luar. 2. Ada kotoran ayam dimana-mana. Tidak menjaga kebersihan yg mencerminkan layanan kesehatan. Justru terlihat kotor dan tidak rapih (berantakan). 3. Pelayanan pendaftaran sangat tidak membantu. Tiap poli di panggil nomor 1 - 10 untuk pendaftaran. Tetapi setelah masuk malah di usir oleh ibu-ibu bagian apoteker karena saya melihat beliau keluar dari pintu ruang apotik/obat (berkacamata,tidak berhijab, rambut bawah telinga, keriting, tubuh pendek ,(maaf). Ya kalau memang kerumunan ,KENAPA DI PANGGIL KE DALAM NOMOR ANTRIAN 1-10 !!!!! KAMI INI MAU BEROBAT ,BUKAN MAU KENA OMELAN. Bisa dipanggil nomor antrian pasien saja satu persatu, jadi tidak menimbulkan kerumunan. Tapi malah mngatakan : " kok pada kerumunan disini, ayo keluar yg gak berkepentingan." Loh kami ini berkepentingan dgn tujuan INGIN BEROBAT, dan Bukankah seorang tenaga kesehatan bisa mengayomi para pasien atau para pendaftar dgn cara yg baik dan sopan? 4. Sampai ditempat pendaftaran.. harus menunggu lama lagi , padahal di pendaftaran KIA tidak banyak yg antri, hanya 1 atau 2 org tapi Harus mnggu berjam-jam ,dan menahan nyeri bagian perut. Sampai2 saya menyerah untuk mengantri antar anak saya (usia 11 tahun) berobat. 5. SAYA KAPOK BEROBAT DI PUSKESMAS DENGAN PELAYANAN YG TIDAK TERKOORDINASI DAN TIDAK RAMAH SALAH SATU KARYAWAN IBUΒ² TSB. SAYA KECEWA, SANGAT KECEWA DAN SEDIH. 6. TEMPAT SANGAT TIDAK NYAMAN, TIDAK HIGYENE , KARYAWAN TIDAK RAMAH. JAUH DARI BERSIH / HIGIENIS, SELAYAKNYA PELAYANAN KESEHATAN. 7. MOBIL AMBULAN TIDAK SEHARUSNYA PARKIR DI DEKAT DUDUK ANTRIAN PASIEN, PADAHAL PASIEN SUDAH ADA YG ANTRI BEROBAT ( TERKENA POLUSI KNALPOT SAAT MENYALAKAN MOBIL) SEMOGA KEDEPANNYA ADA PERBAIKAN DARI SEGI KERAMAHAN KARYAWANNYA ,DLL
Actually I am lazy to give 1 star even though I only have 1, BUT I WAS FORCED to give 1 star because I want to comment (like it or not.) 1. Sick patients wait outside and on the side of the road where there is a lot of dust and pollution. Uncomfortable outside queue seating. 2. There is chicken droppings everywhere. Not maintaining cleanliness that reflects health services. It looks dirty and untidy (messy). 3. Registration service is very unhelpful. Each poly is called numbers 1 - 10 for registration. But after entering, she was even kicked out by the pharmacists because I saw her coming out of the pharmacy/medicine room door (glasses, not wearing a hijab, hair under her ears, curly, short body, (sorry). Yes, if it's a crowd, WHY CALLS IN THE QUESE NUMBER 1-10!!!!! WE WANT TREATMENT, NOT WANT TO BE NATURAL. You can only call the patient queue numbers one by one, so there will be no crowds. But instead said: "Why the crowd here, let's get out who is not interested." After all, we have an interest in the goal of WANT TO TREATMENT, and can't a health worker protect patients or registrants in a good and polite way? 4. Arriving at the registration site. Until then I gave up on queuing between my children (11 years old) for treatment. 5. I'M ABOUT MEDICINE AT THE HEALTH CENTER WITH UNCOORDINATED AND UNFRIENDLY SERVICE ONE OF TSB'S EMPLOYEES. I AM DISAPPOINTED, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD. 6. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE, NOT HIGYENE, UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. FAR FROM CLEAN / HYGIENIC, LIKE A HEALTH SERVICE. 7. Ambulance CARS SHOULD NOT BE PARKED NEAR THE PATIENTS QUING, EVEN ALREADY THERE ARE PATIENTS ALREADY queuing up for treatment (APPROVED TO THE EXhaust POLLUTION WHEN TURNING THE CAR ON) HOPE THERE WILL BE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE WAY OF EMPLOYEE FRAMEWORK, ETC
