Pelayanan ramah. Bisa menggunakan BPJS luar daerah. tempatnya bersih dan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan.
Friendly service. Can use BPJS outside the region. the place is clean and in accordance with health protocols.

Petugas pelayanan ramah dan cepat. Fasilitas tidak begitu lengkap. Disini ada poli umum dan poli gigi. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
Friendly and fast service clerk. Not complete facilities. There are general clinic and dental clinic here. Hopefully the service can be improved again.

Dulu ngajuin rujukan gampang...sejak ada dokter yg nama awalnya N rambut sebahu dipersulit ngajuin rujukan....ini dokter selalu nyusahin rujukan sampai heran saya padahal dgn dokter yg lain gk ribet...staff yg layananin pendaftran padahal baik banget udh lama kerja di puskesmas...tapi sejak ada dokter ini jadi kesel mulu...
In the past, applying for referrals was easy...since there was a doctor whose first name was N shoulder-length hair, it was difficult to apply for a referral....this doctor always tried to make referrals so I was surprised even though it wasn't complicated with other doctors...the staff who served registration even though they were really good for a long time I work at a health center... but since there was a doctor, I've become very annoyed...

Gak paham lagi sama pelayanan di sini, mau test swab antigen aja kayaknya molor bgt prosesnya. Dr awal mau test swab aja, diajak mondar mandir sana sini, minim bgt soal info, jadi sempet bingung harus kemana dll. Staffnya juga kurang ramah, saya denger sampai ada yg diteriakin, padahal ngomong dgn nada pelan dan baik2 bisa saja dilakukan. Ditambah lagi, hasil test swab msh belum ada kejelasan udah 2 hari. Katanya mau dikirim by WA, ditungguin udah 2 hari ga ada2. Sampe ayah saya harus balik lagi ke sana, untuk follow up hasil testnya. Dan sekarang udah mau lewat hari ke 2 belum dapet info juga. Jadi kayak yang meremehkan bgt, kita orang rumah gak leluasa untuk berinteraksi, karena hasil antigen yg belum ada ditangan. Tolong dong masa pelayanan kesehatan publik seperti ini.

Plus, the results of the swab test are still unclear, it's been 2 days. He said he wanted to send it by WA, he's been waiting for 2 days and nothing. Until my father had to go back there again, to follow up the test results. And now it's already past the 2nd day and haven't gotten any info yet. So it's like being underestimated, we people at home are not free to interact, because the results of antigens are not yet in hand. Please, the public health service is like this.

Sesuai sama rating nya, emang bener gak ngerti apa maksud nya padahal dalam ruangan dokter gak ada pasien tapi gak di panggil panggil sama dokter nya. Baru periksa 2 orang istrahat nya lama. Gak ngerti harus gimana pelayanannya kok begini, bukan membantu masyarakat tapi membodohi. Sengaja atau gimana gak ngerti orang ke puskesmas karena sakit, bukan mau jalan- jalan, kalau penanganan cepat pasien pun cepat pulang cepat istrahat cepat sembuh. Tolong di perbaiki lagi pelayanan nya.
In accordance with the rating, I really don't understand what it means even though there are no patients in the doctor's room but the doctor is not called. Just checked 2 people have a long break. I don't know how the service should be like this, not helping the community but making a fool of yourself. Intentionally or not, people don't understand that people go to the puskesmas because they are sick, they don't want to go for a walk, if the patient is treated quickly, the patient will go home quickly, rest quickly, recover quickly. Please improve the service again.

Puskesmas yg bersih. walaupun rame antri, tetap tertib. biaya periksa murah, sangat membantu di saat pandemi. protokol kesehatan cukup diterapkan dengan baik. ada petugas parkir yg membantu, dgn biaya parkir gratis. mantap... lanjutkan!
Clean health center. Even though there are busy queues, it's still orderly. cheap check fees, very helpful during a pandemic. health protocols are quite well implemented. there is a parking attendant who helps, with free parking fees. great...go on!
