I have been queuing for 2 hours at this puskesmas, the service is very long. Unsatisfactory and disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, sama sekali tidak memakai etika dalam menanggapi pasien atau klien. Tolong cepat diganti atau di Training oknum2 tersebut. Atau memang dari atasannya tidak crosscheck langsung?
Very bad service, completely unethical in responding to patients or clients. Please replace it quickly or in the training of these people. Or did you not crosscheck directly from your boss?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya gak waras. Di masa pandemi & musim DBD, dengan enaknya dia bilang "masa cuma demam aja gak masuk kerja?"
Padahal sudah jelas saya bilang sudah 3 hari demam !!! minta surat dokter buat izin gak masuk kerja, malah dia tuduh saya minta libur.
Padahal atasan saya yg suruh saya berobat & istirahat, surat dokter itu saya butuh untuk laporan ke HRD !!!
The doctor is not sane. During the pandemic & dengue season, he pleasantly said "do you just have a fever and don't come to work?"
Even though it's clear I said it's been 3 days of fever!!! asked for a doctor's letter for permission not to come to work, in fact he accused me of asking for a day off.
Even though my boss told me to take treatment and rest, I need the doctor's letter to report to HRD!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selasa dan kamis ada vaksin pertama kedua dan ketiga, biLa ingin vaksin siLahkan datang ke puskesmas jatiranggon. Kebetulan sya vaksin pertama karena 4 bulan Lalu sya positif.
Tuesday and Thursday there is the first second and third vaccine, if you want the vaccine, please come to the Jatiranggon Health Center. Incidentally, I got my first vaccine because 4 months ago I was positive.
