 In the JKN mobile app, it is stated that the doctor's practice hours are 07.00-14.30, even though the clinic is not even open at 8 in the morning?

Disappointing !! we only have one officer and I still have to wait because he said that he was going home to take his child !! how come the official can go home as he wishes? The position is still at 11 noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini faskes tingkat 1 untuk warga kelurahan Jatimakmur, jadi tempat tujuan untuk memperoleh rujukan ke rumah sakit bagi pengguna BPJS Kesehatan, lokasi ada di jalan klayan karena itu lebih dikenal dengan sebutan puskesmas klayan. Lumayan padat antriannya, pekerjanya bisa diandalkan, fasilitas belum lengkap tidak ada poli THTnya, yg tersedia adalah KIA ( Kesehatan Ibu & Anak), poli gigi, dokter umum, UGD, poli lansia juga melayani persalinan serta imunisasi. Ruang tunggu pasien nyaman, bersih, sejuk karena lokasinya di luar ruangan, tersedia kantin juga meski kecil & hanya menjual cemilan serta minuman. Untuk prokes sudah bagus sudah sesuai peraturan yg berlaku, ada tempat untuk cuci tangan dekat gerbang masuk puskesmas, semoga ke depannya bisa lebih lengkap lagi fasilitasnya.
This is a level 1 health facility for residents of the Jatimakmur village, so the destination is to get a referral to a hospital for BPJS Health users, the location is on Jalan Klayan because it is better known as Puskesmas Klayan. The queues are quite dense, the workers are reliable, the facilities are not complete, there is no ENT poly, what is available is MCH (Maternal & Child Health), dental poly, general practitioner, emergency room, elderly poly also provides delivery and immunization. The patient waiting room is comfortable, clean, cool because it is located outside the room, there is also a canteen even though it is small & only sells snacks and drinks. For prokes, it is good, according to applicable regulations, there is a place to wash hands near the entrance to the puskesmas, hopefully in the future the facilities can be more complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan jelek. Satpam nya angkuh banget ga paham bgt asli padahal cuma nanya tapi di gas. Ya namanya org nanya2 info, gabisa dijawab dengan baik apa ya? Ga punya attitude banget. Pelayanan vaksinnya jg jelek. Cukup vaksin dosis 1 aja disini, mending cari yang jauh dari rumah drpd harus balik lagi kesini.
Bad service. The security guard is very arrogant, he doesn't really understand, even though he's just asking but on the gas. Yes, the name is people asking for info, can't they be answered properly? Don't have much of an attitude. The vaccine service is also bad. Just one dose of vaccine is enough here, it's better to find something far from home instead of having to come back here.
