Fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap, tempat duduknya banyak, hawanya sejuk. Lagi apes, dapet perawat jutek, udah 2x dapet itu perawat dan gaada yg berubah sama sikapnya. Kalo ngomong ngegas, ga ngenakin bgt, kasihan sama yg lagi sakit malah dijutekin.
The facilities are quite complete, there are lots of seats, the air is cool. What's more, I got a jutek nurse, I've gotten 2 times that nurse and nothing has changed with her attitude. If you talk loudly, you don't feel comfortable, you feel sorry for those who are sick and you get kicked out.

buat mas mas penerima pasien di depan pintu masuk, tolong lebih belajar lagi tentang semua layanan yang ada di puskesmas ini. dan mbak resepsionis tolong dengerin kalo ada pasien yang ngomong. pelayanan semua bagus, cuma 2 orang tersebut yang kurang belajar atau gimana. buang waktu, saya gadapet apa apa, grgr kejadian ini
for the mas receiving the patient at the entrance, please learn more about all the services available at this puskesmas. and Ms. receptionist please listen if a patient is talking. the service is all good, only the 2 people are less learning or what. a waste of time, i am gadapet what, grgr this incident

Mau meriksain anak saya umur 6 bulan, nunggu 1 jam tidak ada kejelasan. Katanya nunggu dokter pakai apd, masak pakai apd 1 jam, lebih baik periksa ditempat lain. Bayi umur 6 bulan nunggu 1 jam jelas gak masuk akal
I want to check my 6 month old child, waiting for 1 hour there is no clarity. He said waiting for the doctor to wear PPE, cook using APD for 1 hour, better check elsewhere. 6 month old baby waiting 1 hour obviously doesn't make sense

Tempat periksa kesehatan bagi masyarakat Danurejan. Hari ini 03/03/2018 periksa pergelangan tangan yg berasa linu dan agak sakit jika dibebani atau untuk menekan sesuatu. 20201205. Dirujuk untuk rapid test karena panas tidak turun2.

Baru kali ini ada kasir yg bilang ke pasien suru bawa uang pas waktu melakukan pembayaran dengan alesan di setor di bank. Padahal saya tau kasir nya hanya males buat ngasih kembalian... Kalo males tidur pak ndak usah kerja ngerepotin orang aja ?

Untuk pelayanan puskesmas selayaknya puskesmas yang lain ya. tapi sangat disayangkan untuk bagian kasir, (untuk non BPJs)bagaimana bisa pasien disuru membawa uang pas sedangkan pasien belom mengerti total periksa berapa.beliau berkata"saya dibilang tdk profesional tidak papa" dengan alesan selalu untuk setor k bank. Sebenernya itu bukan urusan dari pasien tetapi resiko dari pekerjaannya sebagai kasir. Mohon maaf mungkin petugas kasir harap di tindak lanjutin kembali cara bekerjanya bukan memarahi pasien yang akan membayar untuk jasa puskesmas
For puskesmas services, it is like other puskesmas, yes. but it's very unfortunate for the cashier, (for non BPJs) how can a patient be ordered to bring money while the patient doesn't understand the total check how much. Actually it's not the patient's business but the risk of his job as a cashier. Sorry, maybe the cashier staff please follow up how they work, not scolding patients who will pay for puskesmas services

Pelayanan kasirnya buruk massa melayani customer sambil make headset, udah gitu selalu disuruh bawa uang pas terus. Belum lagi pelayanan online yang sangat lelet wa hari ini dibalasnya besok !!!
The cashier's service is bad, the masses serve customers while wearing headsets, that's how they are always told to bring money right away. Not to mention the online service which is very slow, today, the response will be tomorrow!!!

excellent service. the workers and the doctor are very friendly. no long queue, an hour in total from the start of registration, bloodpressure test, doc check in, until u got ur meds. there is also a psychologist in this place.
