β β β β β Petugas ramah. pendaftaran cepat karena sudah memakai rekam medis elektronik. Alur pendaftaran gak susah, udah ada petunjuk untuk pendaftaran pasien lama maupun baru saat mau masuk gedung puskesmas.
Friendly staff. fast registration because it already uses electronic medical records. The registration process is not difficult, there are already instructions for registering old and new patients when they want to enter the puskesmas building.

β β β β β Sejak hari pertama positif covid dengan gejala, follow up hanya sampai ke petugas tracing. Padahal sudah memberikan foto KTP dan mengisi data, tapi tidak ada tindak lanjut/tidak ada obat yang dikirim sampai gejala hilang sendiri.
Obat yang dialokasikan gratis oleh pemerintah itu berhenti di mana?

β β β β β Pelayanan bagus, sampai petugas parkirnya juga membantu mengarahkan, tapi saya jadi paham kenapa suka ada antri lama dan panjang banget, karena petugas administrasinya sudah kakek kakek jadi mohon maaf lambat, ditambah semua sudah pakai komputer semua, harusnya cepet jadi lambat, soalnya kalo antri dokter lab dll gak lama, yg lama administrasinya. Untuk daftar satu pasien aja yang bahkan (sudah terdaftar) harus menunggu sampai 10 menit. Saya berharap segera adminnya diperbaharui ya supaya bisa gesit gitu.

β β β β β Dua kali saya melakukan imunisasi ke anak saya. Pas kunjungan kedua, saya ditanya apakah anak saya full ASI atau sufor. Saya jawab, dua2nya. Apa respon bidan yang bertugas?
"Bu sudah tahu bahaya sufor? Sudah tau sufor sama ASI jelek Sufor?"
Dia tau jawaban saya. ASI dan Sufor. Mengapa tdk bertanya, apakah pelekatan menyusuinya salah? Apakah ada gangguan selama mengASIhi? Atau indikasi lain yang diminta oleh DSA untuk menggunakan sufor?
Mengapa langsung menekankan jika SUFOR sangat bahaya? Padahal, bidan juga dibekali ilmu laktasi kan? Apakah memang
Karena tdk ditanya, saya jelaskan. SAYA MENGGUNAKAN SUFOR KARENA STRESS! SAYA DALAM MASA PEMULIHAN PSIKIS DAN BERUSAHA KEMBALI MENGOPTIMALKAN ASI!
Berilah saya cara efektif dan ternyaman. Tapi apa? Responnya cuma "ASI itu tergantung otak. Kalau OTAK mu berpikir positif, ya bisa keluar. OTAK mu harus bla bla bla"
Hei, OTAK OTAK, anda kira anda bicara pada siapa? Apakah karena yg dtg ke puskesmas kebanyakan warga krg mampu lantas berhak berkata seperti itu?
Sementara setiap saya ke DSA, dokter TIDAK PERNAH menggunakan kata OTAK. Ada istilah lain untuk menggamtikan OTAK jika maksudnya pikiran. Mindset, stimulus pikiran, keyakinan untuk mengASIhi dll
Menjadi bagian dari orang-orang yg bekerja di dunia kesehatan itu mulia. Apalagi membantu para ibu dan anak berkembang.. Tolong lebih diberikan pemahaman bagaimana berinteraksi yg benar.
Atau, Dinkesnya perlu buat anggaran untuk bikin pelatihan etika komunikasi kesehatan?

Or, the Health Office needs to make a budget to make health communication ethics training?
