★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya merasa dirugikan. Sudah bayar iuran BPJS tiap bulan , tapi ketika saya membutuhkan pelayanan poli gigi , tidak pernah buka. Tidak pernah ada tindakan. Tolong dong pihak puskesmas Ciputat untuk poli gigi di aktifkan kembali . Untuk bayar dokter gigi butuh biaya besar. saya punya hak Krn saya memiliki BPJS. Untuk apa jika dlm situasi ini saya tidak dapat mempergunakannya. Mohon di dengar ya kritik dan saran dari saya. Kurang lebih nya mohon maaf dan trimaksih
I feel wronged. I've paid BPJS dues every month, but when I need dental services, it's never open. There was never any action. Please, the Ciputat health center for the dental clinic is reactivated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bobrok, saya sebagai pasien lama menunggu panggilan, akhirnya saya mencoba masuk ruang suntik vaksin ternata petugasnya hanya main hp sambil ngobrol.
Lsg saja saya duduk minta di vaksin.
Dan kenapa tidak ada bukti sdh vaksin secara tertulis dari pihak puskesmas. Saya hanya menyerahkan ktp ke loket pendaftaran seusai vaksinasi.
Yang saya takutkan jika mereka teledor saya tidak ada bukti bahwa sdh vaksinasi di puskesmas itu.
Tolong untuk prosedur dan pelayanan di benahi lagi.

The service was dilapidated, I as a patient waited a long time for a call, finally I tried to enter the vaccine injection room, but the staff only played with their cellphones while chatting.
Just sit down and ask for the vaccine.
And why is there no written evidence of a vaccine from the health center? I just handed my ID card to the registration counter after vaccination.
What I'm afraid of is that if they are careless, I don't have any evidence that they have been vaccinated at the puskesmas.
Please fix procedures and services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan super baik, apalagi untuk poli KIA.
Ada Bidan Dewi dan Selvi yang ramah ramah dan sangat solutif. Prosedur pendaftaran pakai BPJS juga sudah baik. Gak bikin ribet dan pusing pasien.
Cuma satu sih, semoga next time mesin buat ambil nomor antriannya bisa segera dipakai sama pasien. Soalnya kadang Dateng dari pagi, buat nomor antrian. Eh pas udah dibuka tetep aja ada yang nyelak.
Super good service, especially for the KIA poly.
There are Midwives Dewi and Selvi who are friendly and very solution-oriented. The registration procedure using BPJS is also good. It doesn't bother and confuse the patient.
There's only one thing, hopefully next time the machine to take the queue number can be used by the patient. The problem is that sometimes they come from the morning, make a queue number. Eh, when I opened it, something still popped up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Puskesmas (small community clinics) serves BPJS patients (the Healthcare and Social Security Agency Patients) and partnering with prominent hospital in South Tangerang such as Hermina Ciputat Hospital. It channeled to advanced referral health facilities
The staffs are very friendly and helpful and the surrounding are pleasant.
There is no spacious parking area inside, especially cars.
