★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu belanja di Erafone dari dulu kalau mau beli HP. Tp yg di sini karyawannya butuh training product knowledge minimal untuk brand masing2 biar tau spesifikasinya yg bener dan detail. Kasus kmarin pas belanja banyak yg gatau proteksi hpnya masing2, saya udh bacain semua referensi dan hapal tiap tipe pake corning berapa, tp pas saya nanya jawaban mereka yakin ga yakin dan banyak yg ga tepat, misalnya gorilla glass seri 3 disebut seri 5, bahkan bagian belakang polycarbonate aja disebut gorilla glass ? gokil dah tp thanks udh nyediain harga yg sama kaya di website eraspace jd klo mau belanja di sini bisa baca2 dulu di situ.
 Always shop at Erafone for the first time if you want to buy a cellphone. But here the employees need minimal product knowledge training for each brand to know the exact specifications and details. There were many cases when I went shopping when I didn't protect my cellphone, I have read all the references and memorized how many types of corning I used, but when I asked the answer they were sure they were not sure and many were inaccurate, for example the series 3 gorilla glass was called the series 5, even parts behind the polycarbonate, it's called gorilla glass - it's crazy but thanks for providing the same price as the Eraspace website so if you want to shop here you can read it there first.

Tapi kali ini pelayanannya jelek bgt. Ketus.
Mau dibales kita beli itu unit iphone 12. Tp masih mikir. Nanti kalo karyawannya jelek trus di pecat. Kasian. Susah cari kerja lagi.... Lebih baik erafone cikupa belajar lah cara melayani customer dari erafone mall ciputra. Kasian nama toko erafone jelek hanya gara gara 1 karyawan yg jelek pelayanannya.
