Saya datang malam k IGD bawa bayi 10 bulan dan anak 2 tahun, demam tinggi dan batuk pilek. disuruh datang besok pagi untuk cek lab. Ketika pagi datang malah dibilang tidak bisa karena harus sesuai domisili. Padahal malam sudah dilihatkan kartu BPJS dan domisili kepada petugas. Jika memang begitu seharusnya setiap petugas diberi info yang sama.
I came at night to the ER with a 10 month old baby and a 2 year old child, with a high fever and a cold cough. told to come tomorrow morning to check the lab. When the morning came, it was said that it couldn't be done because it had to match the domicile. Even though that night, the BPJS card and domicile card were shown to the officers. If that is the case, every officer should be given the same information.

Dateng jam 06.30 dengan niat berobat badan keluhan merah agak panas n gtel yg ngk terhankan karena dipikir ada fasilitas UGD 24 jam, tapi disuruh balik lagi jam 07.30, sebernya UGD 24 jam berfungsi tidak yah? Lalu Dateng lg jam 07.30 antrian no pertama, dftar lalu ditanya keluhan serta ttv, lalu di arahkan untuk k poli yg sebelahny lg ntah apa namanya karna ada gatel sedikit ditenggrokan nunggu lagi smpe saya samperin ini saya knp belum dipanggil, perawat bilang langsung masuk k ruang dokter klo ngak ada pasien boleh masuk, pas Dateng masuk bilang dokter dengan suara tingginya tunggu dipanggil, ini bnr2 nggak singkron nah ud 2x saya suruh masuk ja nanti nggak bakal dipanggil karna rujukan dari poli ptm atau apa lah w lp namanya, w pulang aja sedih nangis, ya Allah w jg kerja d pelayanan pemerintahan jg x nggak gni2 amat w pelayanan k klien cm kok sakit bgt yah rasanya. Tolong lah perbaikan untuk kedepannya.
Came at 06.30 with the intention of getting medical treatment, the complaint was a bit hot and the feeling was unbearable because I thought there was a 24-hour emergency room, but was told to come back at 07.30, actually the 24-hour ER doesn't work, doesn't it? Then came again at 07.30 the first queue number, registered and asked for complaints and TV, then directed to the police next door, I don't know what it's called because there is a slight itching in the throat, waiting again until I arrived, why haven't I been called yet, the nurse said I went straight to the room the doctor, if there is no patient, he can enter, when he comes in he says the doctor in a high voice is waiting to be called, this is really not syncing, now I have told him to come in twice, he won't be called later because of a referral from the PTM poly or whatever his name is, just go home sad I'm crying, oh my God, I'm also working in government services, it's not too bad, but the service to clients, how come it hurts so much, doesn't it? Please improve for the future.
