β β β β β Kredibilitas bidan Puskesmas Ciseeng perlu dipertanyakan. Pada Hari sabtu, 14 Desember 2019 pukul 10.30 Saya melakukan pendaftaran dengan tujuan ingin melakukan papsmear. Sebelumnya Saya merupakan pindahan dari pengguna BPJS faskes Puskesmas Ciputat Dan disana diperkenankan untuk tes IV atau papsmear. Namun belum sempat Saya menggunakan fasilitas tersebut, Saya sudah harus pindah layanan faskes Karena domisili yang berubah.
Berbeda sekali pelayanan yang Saya dapat di KIA Puskesmas Ciseeng, bidan langsung berteriak marah-marah ketika seorang perawat menyampaikan keinginan Saya untuk tes papsmear. Disebutkan Saya harus memiliki keluhan terlebih dahulu padahal sebelumnya sudah berkali-kali Saya bilang, selain buang air kecil yang terasa nyeri, Saya meraba di dalam saluran kencing terdapat benjolan yang juga tidak kunjung hilang semenjak bertahun-tahun lalu.
Saya malah dianjurkan untuk tes papsmear jalur pribadi, lah bagaimana ini? Saya kan ingin mendapatkan hak Saya sebagai pembayar iuran tetap BPJS per bulannya. Dia malah menyuruh Saya berbaring untuk diperiksa benjolan, tapi melalui perut. Dia bilang tidak Ada benjolan seperti yang Saya ceritakan. Apakah dia tidak tahu bahwa kanker serviks stadium awal tidak dapat diketahui dengan Cara seperti itu? Dan oleh karena hambatan yang Bidan tersebut berikan, Saya jadi tidak dapat rujukan pada Hari itu karena ketika Saya memutuskan untuk meminta rujukan kepada dokter umum, loket sudah tutup. Tolong perhatiannya kepada petinggi BPJS, agar pemberi pertolongan pada fasilitas kesehatan lebih ditingkatkan lagi, supaya tidak menyesatkan pasien yang membutuhkan pertolongan yang tepat. Terima kasih atas perhatiannya.
Kali kedua saya kesini, kecewa yang teramat sangat lagi. Datang pukul 11.30 siang tapi pengambilan no antrian sudah ditutup. Kata tenaga medis disana disuruh liat tulisan jam yang terpampang besar disana. Jelas-jelas tertulis untuk pendaftaran rawat jalan sampai dengan pukul 11.45. Tapi saya mengalah dan lanjut ke UGD, sesampainya disana yang melayani adalah tenaga medis perempuan kelas coro. Yang ditanya obat untuk resep ini diberikan untuk berapa hari? Jawabnya malah bingung. Temannya yang dari saya konsultasi suka nyeletuk ga sopan juga ga membantu. Dari yang jawab sebulan, hingga seminggu, ternyata sampai di depot pengambilan obat, resep hanya untuk 2 hari. Sudah gitu pelayanan di depot juga tidak menjelaskan bahwa obat yang diresepkan dengan yang diberikan berbeda. Antibiotik amoxicilin tidak ada melainkan diganti dengan yang lain dan dosis yang berbeda. Saya jadi bingung harus mengonsumsi obatnya atau tidak karena baru mengetahui ketika meninggalkan puskesmas. Benar-benar top deh pelayanannya, top amburadulnya.

Does he not know that early-stage cervical cancer cannot be known in this way? And because of the obstacle that the midwife gave, I could not get a referral on that day because when I decided to ask for a referral from a general practitioner, the window was closed. Please pay attention to BPJS officials, so that the providers of assistance in health facilities are further improved, so as not to mislead patients who need proper help. The second time I was here, I was very disappointed again. Arrived at 11:30 noon but the queue number was closed. Said medical personnel there were told to see the writing of the clock that was posted large there. Clearly written for outpatient registration until 11:45. β β β β β Waktu itu anter istri yg LG hamil buat cek lab Karna disuruh bidan..ambil antrian dri jam 8 pagi sampai selesai cek hampir jam 12 siang..luar biasa pelayanan yg ribet dan bermeja meja..pantes dapet rating 2..ga heran lah..
At that time, my wife who was pregnant with LG was waiting for a lab check. Because the midwife told me to take a queue from 8 am to the end of the check at almost 12 noon. .

β β β β β Kalo bisaa dipercepat pelayanannya.. Saya kalo tau menteri kesehatan udh saya adukan nih.buat apa mejaa banyakk buat periksa suhu doang. Tapi waktunya penanganan yang sakit mah ngga ada dokternya. Ya memang gratis, kami berobat bayarpun ngga seberapa. Tapi jangan menyepelekan kami dong.

Alur pelayanannya nggak teratur. Dokternya nggak ramah.
Saya melakukan pembuatan surat keterangan sakit pada senin 27 Desember 2021, pada hari ini dari ruang pelayanan awal (setelah pendaftaran) itu langsung disuruh ke Meja tensi namun ketika itu langsung diperiksa dan tidak ditanya keperluannya apa. Dan saya pun disuruh ke dokter kemudian disuruh ke lab pemeriksaan. Lalu halik lagi ke meja tensi dan disuruh ke dokter kembali. Pada saat di dokter atau ruang pemeriksaan dewasa surat yang dari mena tensi dicorat dan ia menggentak saya dengan intonasi kesal. Akhirnya pun saya merasa kecewa karena pelayanan yang diberikan itu sangat-sangat tidak pantas buat Masyarakat sekitar.

Di ruang tensi pdhl udh ngntri paling pertama buat pengambilan surat sakit tapi malah di belakangan gitu jadi nunggu yang baru pda masuk.... Seharunya tertib dengan antrian yang dari pertama hingga akhir

β β β β β Kalau buat lahiran disini menurut saya pukesmas yg bidannya baik2 sih. Selalu di cek sudah pembukaan berapa tiap 4 jam sekali.di jahit pun di bius dan di ksh tas isinya kain kasa kalau pulang lumayan lah bawa tentengan tas,cuma ga di ksh sarapan aja sih sayang bgt. Dan ga ada pendingin udaranya di kmr observasi sayang bgt misal lg kontraksi ngeluarin keringet kita jdi mandi keringet disana. Ya misal minimal kipas lah ya,kalau ga bisa AC.Buat periksa2 ngantrinya super lama harus nunggu bnyk panggilan dri meja sana ke meja sini. Pdhl bisa di persingkat misal dtng ambil no antrian . No antrian di panggil plus bayar,periksa suhu,di tanya keluhanya apa nunggu lagi di panggil ke dokter harusnya seperti itu.bkn dtng ambil no antrian,nunggu antrian buat periksa suhu,di tanya sakit apa,nunggu lagi buat bayar,trs nunggu lg di periksa dokter. terlalu lama buat antri menurut saya.toiletnya menurut saya jga kurang bersih, pdhl di lingkungan pukesmas,yg notabenya harus steril bersih. Buat periksa kandungan bidanya jga komunikatif. Tpi tlng jgn kebanyakan ngobrol kalau ada pasien,krna pasien butuh info yg jelas tanpa di sambi sambil ngobrol.dan 1 lg harusnya ambil no antrian itu di pisah antara bpjs dan umum aja .jgn misal antrian buat periksa kandungan,antrian buat paru,dll krna kdng bnyk org yg lanjut usia salah ambil antrian antara mau periksa dan rujuk. Pas di tanya mau apa bilang mau rujukan tpi nyatanya harus periksa dlu. Dan kdng2 suka di omel2in sma petugasnya.kasian sih sama yg udh lanjut usia ga tau apa2 juga. Jdi no antrian aja gitu.urusan dia mau rujukan atau periksanya nanti setelah dia di tanya sakit apa dan melakukan pembayaran misalnya.
