★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru 2 kali datang ke dokter ini dan menurut saya pelayanan disini cukup baik, dokternya ramah, terapis untuk facialnya juga bersih dan enak, rekomendasi saya kalau mau facial di ruang 4 (ruang kayu) terapisnya baik dan eksekusinya juga cocok dengan saya, namun jika mau ke ruang lain juga silahkan saja sih, menurut saya untuk ukuran klinik kecantikan Dr Erna termasuk dalam katagori middle, harga tdk terlalu mahal, konsuktasi dokter gratis.
I have only come to this doctor twice and in my opinion the service here is quite good, the doctor is friendly, the therapist for facials is also clean and good, my recommendation if you want a facial in room 4 (wood room) the therapist is good and the execution suits me, but if I want to go to another room, please, in my opinion the size of the Dr. Erna beauty clinic is included in the middle category, the price is not too expensive, free doctor's consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicenya menurun, terapis nya pas ditanya ‘kok hidung belum’ malah dijawab ‘tadi udah mbak, saya pengen cepet kelar’. Udah gitu saya ambil treatment vitamin C, terapisnya malah ‘maksa’ nyaranin ambil yang jerawat, sedangkan saya ga ada uang cash buat pindah ke jerawat. Dan akhirnya debat dulu, dan kayak ga rela muka saya di kasih serum vit C. Saya bilang, kalo mbaknya gak yakin, lewatin aja vit c nya, lgsg ke masker. Eh dia lakuin dan terpaksa. Mbak nya ada di kamar no 5, mbak na*a namanya.
Dulu erna terkenal dikalangan anak2 SMA pas saya masih SMA tahun 2011-2014, pas saya balik ke jakart lagi, tp pelayanannya menurun.

Already like that I take vitamin C treatment, the therapist instead 'forced' to take the acne, while I have no cash to move to acne. And finally the debate first, and like I was not willing my face was given serum vit C. I said, if you are not sure, just pass the vit c, directly to the mask. Eh he did and forced. Ma'am is in room no. 5, miss.
Once I was famous among high school kids when I was in high school in 2011-2014, when I returned to Jakarta again, but the service declined.
