Pelayanan lumayan ramah, pas tanya gimana alurnya, please ramah ya saya dibentak ?? buat saran, di depan, harusnya ada alur flow chat nya jadi pengunjung yang baru gak bingung, terus tempat screening harusnya didepan pintu masuk loket pendaftaran, jangan di tengah, semoga bisa diperbaiki ke depannya
The service is quite friendly, when I ask how the flow is, please be friendly, yes I am shouted at ?? make a suggestion, in front, there should be a flow chat flow so that new visitors are not confused, then the screening place should be in front of the entrance to the registration counter, not in the middle, hopefully can be fixed in the future

Oke saya review Yang pertama Kredit Untuk bagian Front Office , yang mbak yang masih muda pelayanan nya nyaman dari segi pengucapan kepada pasien, tapi yang satu (ibuΒ² yang agak tua) dalam segi pelayanannya pengucapan nya seperti ngajak gelud. Yang kedua dalam segi cek lab lumayan lama pelayanan nya. Terimakasih

Seneng banget sih periksa disini.. Uda hafal sama alurnya Mba mba pendaftaran jg ramah bgt Tapi ada beberapa bidan yang kalo ditanya jawabnya agak sewot gitu.. Tp oke lah ngga masalah ?

Petugas bagian pendaftaran nya ramah , tp tlng untuk pasien yang meminta surat rujukan untuk kontrol seabis oprasi tidak di persulit, krna di situ tidak ada dokter poli bedah , , percuma punya bpjs tp untuk meminta rujukan pun tidak di perbolehkan, sya byr bpjs tiap bulan nya , , tp knpa hanya untuk meminta surat rujukan pun tidak di perbolehkan, , ap harus menunggu pasien itu mati di situ baru di perbolehkan meminta surat rujukan,

10 September 2021 Tempatnya bagus ,bersih dan nyaman ,tapi sepertinya petugasnya harus diberi bimbingan teknis atau semacam workshop tentang bagaimana melayani masyarakat dengan baik ,karena pada kenyataannya tidak hanya satu dua orang yg mengeluh akan mendapatkan pelayanan yg baik di Faskes tersebut ,sudah bukan jamanya lagi birokrasi ruwet dan di era bangsa kolonial ?? 05 Oktober 2021 Hari ini tgl 5 Oktober 2021 saya akan riview ulang mengenai pelayanan di Puskesmas Boyolali 2 ,alhamdulillah setelah kami laporkan atas pemberian pelayanan yg kurang baik ,kurang etis dan tidak semestinya ke kanal Lapor Mas Dayat Iwan (Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Boyolali ) dan Laporgub.Jateng pelayanan sudah sedikit berubah lebih baik yg awalnya tidak bisa memberikan pelayanan yg baik bagi masyarakat umum dari tempat pendaftaran sampai di pelayanan Ruang Periksa ,KIA dll ... Semoga kedepan semakin ditingkatkan lagi kualitas dalam memberikan pelayanan yg baik ,ramah ,sopan ,berintegritas dan profesional ,masyarakat yg tidak tau dijelaskan dan diarahkan dengan baik dan benar ... Karena pada dasarnya masyarakat datang membawa sakit untuk berobat bukan pulang membawa tambahan sakit hati ... Semoga bermanfaat ??????

Central Java the service has changed slightly for the better which initially could not provide good service for the general public from the registration place to the Check Room service, MCH etc... Hopefully in the future the quality will be further improved in providing good, friendly, polite, integrity and professional service, people who don't know are explained and directed properly and correctly... Because basically people come with sick for treatment instead of going home with additional heartache... Hopefully useful ??????

Area parkir luas, bersih, dan tertata. Tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas sangat ramah dan memberikan informasi dengan sangat baik. Pelayanan sangat baik, disediakan hand sanitizer dan pengecekan suhu tubuh sebelum memasuki area reservasi hingga pemeriksaan. Area ini menyedikan informasi terkait pelayanan dengan sangat baik. Menyediakan tes swab antigen dengan biaya terjangkau (per 13 September 2021, biaya tes swab antigen sebesar Rp 99.000,-). Puskesmas Boyolali 2 juga melayani vaksin COVID-19, silakan cek Instagram untuk informasi terupdate.
The parking area is spacious, clean, and organized. The health workers at the Puskesmas are very friendly and provide very good information. Very good service, provided hand sanitizer and checking body temperature before entering the reservation area until inspection. This area provides very good service-related information. Providing an antigen swab test at an affordable cost (as of September 13, 2021, the cost of an antigen swab test is IDR 99,000). The Boyolali 2 Health Center also serves the COVID-19 vaccine, please check Instagram for updated information.
