★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 6 Kali diberi penjelasan aneh oleh pihak Puskesmas, setiap senin saya datangi untuk periksa Kondisi kehamilan Istri. Namun jawaban selalu bertele-tele&selalu berubah
1. Bisa periksa bila usia kandungan -+35 Minggu padahal Istri sudah memasuki usia kandungan 30 Minggu, namun ada pasien hamil dengan usia jauh dibawah Istri saya mendapatkan nomor Antrian (Lucu kan?)
2. Senin ini Sedang ada Vaksin, tapi jawaban Senin depannya pasti berbeda. Dan masih banyak lagi jawaban bodoh yg saya dengar dari pihak Puskesmas mengenai layanan Ibu&Anak. ?
 I have been given strange explanations 6 times by the Puskesmas, every Monday I come to check on the condition of my wife's pregnancy. But the answers are always long-winded & always changing
1. Can check if the gestational age is -+35 weeks even though the wife has entered the gestational age of 30 weeks, but there is a pregnant patient whose age is far below my wife getting a queue number (Funny right?)
2. This Monday there is a Vaccine, but the answer next Monday will be different. And there are many more stupid answers that I heard from the Puskesmas regarding Mother & Child services. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dari segi pelayanan cukup ok. tempatnya lumayan bersih. petugas pun cukup friendly dalam melayani. dokternya pun jg cukup friendly dan informatif dalam melayani pasien, tidak trlalu terburu2
terdapat aksea warung2 makanan dan minuman. tmpat parkir yg lumayan luas tapi terbuka disamping gedung puskesmas
kendalanya cuma dalam proses antrian, sudah bagus dibedakan untuk umum dan prioritas (usia lanjut, hamil dll). akan tetapi, ada baiknya jika petugas pemanggil untuk prioritas dibikin terpisah. jgn dijadikan 1 dgn yg umum. ntah dgn dokternya apakah digabung jg ato tidak.
in terms of service is quite ok. the place is pretty clean. the officer was quite friendly in serving. the doctor was also quite friendly and informative in serving patients, not too rushed
there are aksea food stalls and drinks. there is a fairly large but open parking area beside the puskesmas building
the problem is only in the process of queuing, it is good to be distinguished for public and priority (old age, pregnancy, etc.). however, it is better if the summoning officer for priority is made separate. Don't make it 1 with the common one. i don't know whether the doctor is merged or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekedar saran, tolong antrian untuk lansia dibuat khusus, gak bercampur dgn pasien biasa.
Kasihan para lansia, kelamaan banget nunggu panggilan priksa dokter.
Padahal di loket pendaftaran udh ada loket prioritas utk lansia, ibu hamil & anak², mungk ditambah lg petugas dokter nya, trimakasih.
Just a suggestion, please make a special queue for the elderly, not mix with ordinary patients.
I feel sorry for the elderly, it's been a long time waiting for a doctor's call to check.
Even though at the registration counter there is already a priority counter for the elderly, pregnant women & children, maybe a doctor will be added, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang, masa ruangan kotor gaada ob sama sekali di ruang pasien , gak dibersihin sama sekali ruang inapnya
The service is lacking, when the room is dirty, there is no ob at all in the patient room, the inpatient room is not cleaned at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat di puskesmas ini sangat memuaskan,dari mulai datang langsung di sambut hangat oleh pak satpam nya ,terutama yang logat nya Jawa, sangat ramah,,,untuk tempat nya juga sangat strategis,,letak geografis nya antara masjid,dan warung kopi,jadi ketika menunggu antrian anda bisa memilih ,bisa menunggu d wakop untuk sekedar ngopi-ngopi ,atau ke masjid untuk Ibadah..semoga makin Sukses
Getting treatment at this health center is very satisfying, from coming directly to the warm welcome by the security guard, especially the Javanese accent, very friendly,,, the location is also very strategic, the geographical location is between the mosque and the coffee shop, so when waiting for the queue you can choose, you can wait at the wakop for just coffee, or go to the mosque for worship.. hopefully more success

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas PALING BURUK yang pernah saya datangi. Anak saya sakit, dan ini puskesmas terdekat. Hanya karena anak saya terdaftar di puskesmas Setu maka mereka gamau menerima anak saya. Alasannya "sudah bayar di Setu". Saya ga punya kendaraan, saya sudah pijakkan kaki berharap tenaga medis disana periksa anak saya bayi 6 bulan yang saya gendong. Dengan kecewa berurai air mata saya pulang jalan kaki. KALIAN MAKAN TUH UANG BPJS, semoga ga berkah hidup kalian. Ada masanya kalian rasakan apa yg saya dan anak saya alami.
The WORST health center I've ever been to. My son is sick, and this is the nearest health center. It's only because my child is registered at the Setu Health Center that they don't want to accept my child. The reason is "already paid in Setu". I don't have a vehicle, I have set foot hoping that the medical personnel there will check on my 6-month-old baby that I'm carrying. Disappointed in tears, I walked home. YOU EAT THAT BPJS MONEY, hopefully it's not a blessing for your life. There is a time for you to feel what my son and I are going through.
