★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan puas dengan pelayanan di RSIA permata sarana Husada , kalo ditelpon selalu mengangkat dengan cepat , respon wa juga cepat. Harga untuk antigen juga cukup murah. Bisa Konsul lewat wa juga , semoga semakin lebih baik lagi .
 Quite satisfied with the service at RSIA Permata Husada Facilities, when called, they always pick up quickly, the response is also fast. The price for the antigen is also quite cheap. You can consul through wa too, hopefully it will get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tes PCR tidak tepat waktu. waktu tes ngmgnya hasil keluar sameday atau maksimal 1x24 jam, setelah dikonfirmasi by telp, ternyata hasil keluar 2x24 jam. Harusnya jujur dari awal kalau memang tidak bisa 1x24 jam, jadi pasien bisa pilih lab lain yg mmg bisa kasi hasil 1x24 jam mengingat urgensi masing2 pasien itu berbeda2.

It should be honest from the start if it can't be 1x24 hours, so the patient can choose another lab that can provide 1x24 hour results considering the urgency of each patient is different.

Bayar bisa debit atau cash di cashier.
Ada 2 atm, yaitu atm BRI dan ATM Link.
Tes swab cuma 1 menit.
Setelah ambil swab, gratis dapat air mineral dan Le minerale.
I swab antigen here.
Cost 90 rb.
Must scan the batcode for registration.
Pay can be debit or cash at the cashier.
There are 2 ATMs, namely BRI ATMs and Link ATMs.
Swab test only 1 minute.
After taking the swab, free mineral water and Le minerale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya swab PCR dijanjikan hasil keluar 1x24 jam. PCR tgl 5 Feb jam 17.00, keesokan harinya di tgl 6 Feb jam 19.00 hasil belum keluar dan disuruh tunggu sampai jam 24.00. sedangkan saya butuh untuk keperluan kantor di tgl 6 Feb jam 20.00. telfon ke rs disambungkan ke lab, petugas lab nya malah lagi pada sambil ngerumpi. kalo ga bisa tepatin, jangan janjiin 1x24 jam, kalo pelanggan pakai untuk penerbangan gimana?? bisa cancel flight dong karena anda telat keluarin hasil. ga profesional ternyata dirujuk ke lab lain. ga rekomen pcr disini buat yang butuh cepet, karena ga sesuai dgn yg ditawarkan 1x24 jam. di iyain dulu blg 1x24 jam karena narik orang biar jadi tes, FYI saya tes disini buat 2 orang. udah komplen jawabannya cuma gini doang, ga solved. kapok.
sekarang sudah tgl 7 Feb jam 01.00 pas di telfon, petugas lab bilang belum tau keluar hasilnya kapan, karena dioper ke lab lain. minta refund ga di respons juga. BAD SERVICE. silakan baca review2 lainnya sebelum memutuskan melakukan apapun di RS ini. ga tanggung jawab sama apa yg diucapkan.
I did a PCR swab, the results were promised 1x24 hours. PCR on 5 February at 17.00, the next day on 6 February at 19.00 the results have not come out and have been told to wait until 24.00. while I need it for office purposes on February 6 at 20.00. the telephone to the hospital was connected to the lab, the lab staff were still chatting. if you can't keep it, don't promise 1x24 hours, what if the customer uses it for flights?? you can cancel the flight, because you are late in releasing the results. unprofessional was referred to another lab. I don't recommend PCR here for those who need it fast, because it doesn't match what is offered 1x24 hours. Yes, it was only 1x24 hours because I was attracting people so that they could be tested, FYI, I tested here for 2 people. Already complete, the answer is just like this, it's not solved. tired.
Now it's February 7th at 01.00 on the phone, the lab staff said they don't know when the results will come out, because they were transferred to another lab. asked for a refund, no response either. BAD SERVICE. please read other reviews before deciding to do anything at this hospital. no responsibility for what is said.
