saya datang hari sabtu tgl 31 mei 2020 dari awal saya masuk saya sudah kecewa karna waktu saya datang saya melihat banyak petugas mondar mandir , bicara sangat kencang dan bahkan ketawa ketawa sampai terdengar diruang tunggu, sesekali saya lihat petugas wira wiri ngecek seragam apd its oke saya paham anda punya baju baru otomatis anda tidak sabar pakai, satu sisi saya lihat ada seorang yang menggunakan pakaian apd lengkap dengan sarung tangan dan sepatu booth serta kaca mata (yaa saat itu memang sedang ada repit tes virus covid 19) tp saya heran petugas itu malah bersandar ditengah pintu( hallo anda egois sekali dengan seperti itu virus bisa menempel dong ditembok di kayu sangat nga jelas mungkin pemahamannya kurang) selain itu pelayanannya sangat buruk, petugas tidak ramah sama sekali dengan kami semua, penanganan pun lama karna dokter yang jaga hanya ada satu jadi saya menunggu hampir satu setengah jam baru dilayani itu pun dokternya sangat mengecewakan hanya asal ngomong sedangkan penyakit bisa dianalisa dari gejala gejala yang dirasakan dan saya sudah beberapa kali kesini dan tidak ada perubahan sama sekali padahal gejala gejala dna obat yang diberikan sudah bisa dibaca dicatatan riwayat saya dan intinya sakit sama tp tidak kunjung sembuh, jadi tidak salah dong kalau saya minta surat rujukan dan mau cek ke dokter spesialis tapi apa yang saya dapat dokter hanya bilang bahwa kecapean sedangkan dokter tidak cek secara rinci hanya berdasarkan mata yang dia lihat saja, petugas saya akui banyak..satu lagi dokter yang periksa adalah wanita tua sangat lamban menangani pasien dan tidak fokus karana beberapa kali saya jumpai dia mainan hp. SEKILAS SAYA BACA KOMENΒ² YANG MASUK DISINI INTINYA KECEWA, TAPI TIDAK ADA PERUBAHAN SAMA SEKALI MUNGKIN PEMIMPINNYA ATAU PETUGASNYA MEMANG ACUH DENGAN PELAYANANNYA , SEMOGA PIMPINAN BACA INI DAN BISA DIEVALUASI PELAYANAN ANAK BUAH ANDA
I came on Saturday May 31st 2020 from the moment I entered I was disappointed because when I came I saw many officers pacing back and forth, talking very loudly and even laughing until they sounded in the waiting room, once in a while I saw the Wira Wiri officer checking the uniform apd its okay I understand you have new clothes automatically you can not wait to wear, one side I see there is someone who uses apd clothing complete with gloves and booth shoes and glasses (yes at that time there was indeed a covid virus test repit 19) but I was surprised the officer was actually leaning in the middle of the door (hello you are so selfish with it that the virus can stick to the wall on the wood very clearly it may not be understanding) besides that the service is very bad, the officers are not friendly at all with us all, the handling was too long because there was only one doctor on duty so I waited for almost an hour and a half to be served, the doctor was very disappointing, just from talking while p disease can be analyzed from the symptoms that are felt and I have been here several times and there has been no change at all even though the symptoms and the drugs given can already be read in my history and the essence is the same but it doesn't heal, so it's not wrong if I ask for a letter referral and want to check with a specialist but what I got was that the doctor said that he was tired while the doctor did not check in detail based only on the eyes he saw, the officers I admit were many ... one more doctor who examined the elderly woman was very slow in handling patients and out of focus because a few times I found him toy hp. AT A Glance, I READ THE COMMENS THAT ARE ENTERED IN HERE WAS DISAPPOINTED DISAPPOINTING, BUT THERE IS NO CHANGE AT ALL OF YOUR CHILDREN'S LEADERS OR ITS OFFICERS ARE INDOFFICIENT WITH HIS SERVICE, WHATEVER THE READING LEADERS AND COULD BE EVALUATED BY YOUR CHILDREN'S LEADERS OR ITS OFFICERS ARE INDOFFICIENT WITH THE SERVICE, WHATEVER THE READING LEADERS AND COULD BE EVALUATED BY YOUR CHILDREN'S LEADERS OR ITS OFFICERS ARE INDOFFICIENT WITH THE SERVICE, LET'S LEAD THE READER AND COULD BE EVALUATED BY YOUR CHILDREN'S SERVICE

Nasib jadi orang punya penyakit langka ditengah pedesaan. Fasilitas kesehatan dgn dokter spesialis yg tdk lengkap. Mau beli obat yg biasa diminum d apotik butuh resep dokter. Yg mana dokterny terdekat cuma ada di wonogiri dan jogja. Jarak 1-2,5 jam. Mau beli obat aj ga dikasih, keburu mati orangnya. Buat para pegawai kesehatan, tolong lah ya kalo ad semacam seminar2 ato pertemuan dengan petinggi ato pejabat2 yg bikin aturan masalah obat dikasih tau permasalahan2 manusia2 di kampung model begini

Pelayanannya sangat jelek. Dokternya ga sopan sama sekali, emang sih puskesmas di kampung yangmana pasiennya mungkin berpendidikan rendah, tapi ya masa meriksa pasien malah sambil cecap cecep minum jus bungkusan, sombong, malah hahahihi sama asistennya, GA ETIS! Saya jadi ga percaya sama pelayanan puskesmas ini. Masa dokter ga belajar gimana sopan santun, etika jadi dokter emang seperti itu??!. Kuliah tinggi tinggi tapi gaada hati nurani ataupun etika sama saja sampah. Meskipun kami berobat di Puskesmas dg BPJS tolong layani kami dengan baik, toh kami juga bayar iuran BPJS perbulan dan malah sekarang iuran BPJS naik harganya. Dan buat seluruh perangkat juga harus diperbaiki lagi kerjanya. Kami memang ga berpendidikan tinggi tapi kami tetap punya hak, pun kami masih bayar pajak. Jangan rasa kalian punya jabatan yg cuma di Puskesmas kecamatan aja bisa sombong gapunya etika. Menjijikan!
The service is very bad. The doctor was not polite at all, indeed the puskesmas in the village where the patient might have had a low education, but yes the time to examine the patient even while tasting and drinking the juice, arrogant, even hahahihi with his assistant, GA ETIS! I can't believe the service of this puskesmas. How come doctors don't learn how to be polite, ethics so being a doctor is like that ??! College is high but no conscience or ethics is rubbish. Even though we seek treatment at the Puskesmas with BPJS, please serve us well, yet we also pay BPJS fees monthly and even now the BPJS fees go up in price. And for all devices it must also work again. We are not highly educated but we still have rights, even though we still pay taxes. Do not think you have a position that is only in the district health center can be arrogant ethical gaps. Gross!

Maaf bintang 3 dlu ya.. Krn yg saya alami sendiri petugas/dokter/bidan nya kurang ramah, bahkan petugas lab nya terlihat jutek.. Tp yg cek suhu/CS di depan sangat ramah(mau mengantarkan pasiennya, mau ngasih tau pasien) , petugas TU jg baik, dan pelayanannya mohon di perbaiki.. Masa pasien sendiri di suruh yg wira wiri ke TU lah, ke Lab lah, tanpa di bantu petugas..
Sorry for the 3 stars first.. Because what I experienced myself was that the officers/doctors/midwives were not friendly, even the lab staff looked dirty.. But those who checked the temperature/CS at the front were very friendly (wanted to take the patient, wanted to tell the patient) , The TU staff are also good, and the service needs to be improved.. When the patient himself is ordered to go to the TU, go to the Lab, without the help of the officer..

MAU CARI SURAT KESEHATAN AJA HARUS DISURUH PAKAI SEPATU KALO GAK PAKAI GA DILAYANI , KAYA ACARA FORMAL SAJA , PADAHAL DI KECAMATAN SAJA NGURUS NGURUS BERKAS GA HARUS PAKAI SEPATU ,CUMAN KASIAN SAJA YANG RUMAHNYA JAUH HARUS BOLAK BALIK GATAU ATURANNYA KAYA GITU, GAK BERMUTU SAMA SEKALI

PELAYANANNYA KURANG MEMUASKAN, PETUGAS TU SAMA DOKTERNYA TIDAK RAMAH SEKALI, SAYA LIAT KOMEN KOMEN DISINI TERNYTA SAMA AJA , BERARTI EMANG TIDAK ADA PERBAIKAN DARI DULU, MIRIS PUSKESMAS UMUM BUAT PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT TPI KOK PEGAWAINYA SEPERTI ITU !!!
THE SERVICE IS LESS SATISFACTORY, THE OFFICER AND THE DOCTOR ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, I SEE THE COMMENTS IN THE COMMENTS HERE ARE THE SAME THINGS, MEANS THERE ARE NO IMPROVEMENTS FROM THE FIRST, WORRY AT PUBLIC HEALTH CENTERS FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES THAT IS A COMMUNITY SERVICE THAT IS A COMMUNITY SERVICE!!!
