β β β β β Untuk datang ke puskesmas karangmojo anda harus datang pagi2 jika urusan anda banyak, karena antreannya sangat banyak dan antara pelayanan kesehatan dg pelayanan surat (surat ket dokter) dijadikan satu sehingga anda harus meluangkan banyak waktu menunggu jika datang terlalu siang
To come to Karangmojo health center you have to come early in the morning if you have a lot of business, because the queue is very large and between health services and letter services (doctor's letter) is made together so you have to spend a lot of time waiting if you arrive too late

Unsatisfactory service, referral service, if you want to check it's better to just go to another hospital...

β β β β β Selalu ramai tiap harinya, pelayanan dokter lengkap. Tapi terlalu lama jika hanya mengurus surat rujukan.
Always crowded every day, complete doctor services. But it takes too long to just take a referral letter.

β β β β β Tracking dari anggota keluarga + c19. Pesan pertama yg didpat petugas hari ke2 akan dtg kerumah untuk swab. Tetapi ada wa suruh dtg kepuskesmas. Sesaimpai dipsksmas waktu memastikan data Petugas menjawab dg tidak ramah, pekerjaan lambat, mau antigen hampir 3 jam dbilangnya sesuai antrian. Padahal sudah terdaftar nmer 6. Waktu dtg juga pasien blm ramai. Bilangnya sesuai antrian tpi orang dalam didahulukan. Padahal bawa bayi 14 bln, pakai masker, panas dan akhirnya rewel. Mohon maaf, mungkin bisa lebih profesional dalam bekerja dan bertugas. Mungkin sya hanya salah satu dari penerima layanan yg memberi ulasan, masih banyak diluar sana yg kecewa dg cara pelayanan yg dberikan. Mohon menjadi perhatian. trimakasih

Arriving at the Psksmas, it was time to confirm the data. The officer answered unfriendly, slow work, wanted antigen for almost 3 hours, he said, according to the queue. Even though it was registered with number 6. When the patient arrived, there were not many people. He said according to the queue but the insider came first. Even though I brought a 14 month old baby, wore a mask, was hot and finally fussy. Sorry, maybe I can be more professional in my work and duties. Maybe I'm just one of the service recipients who gave a review, there are still many out there who are disappointed with the way the service is provided. Please be considerate. thanks
