★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang nyaman customer service tidak jelas tidak ada no antrian, CS ketus seolah malas kasih pelayanan, security kurang memberikan pelayanan dengan baik padahal saya bertanya dengan baik2. Saya sungguh tidak nyaman menggunakan BRI dan lebih baik alih bank saja.
The service is not comfortable, customer service is not clear, there is no queue, CS is curt as if lazy to give service, security does not provide good service even though I ask nicely. I really don't feel comfortable using BRI and I'd rather just switch banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antriannya lumayan panjang,tapi sistemnya sdh lumayan bagus.ga perlu nulis2 manual kalau mau setor tunai. Tempat duduknya juga banyak,jadi ga mungkin ngantri sambil berdiri. Deket pasar juga,enak lah.. kalau dapat banyak uang banyak langsung nabung disini.hehe...tapi agak ngaret teller nya,sdh jam 1 lebih tapi belum mulai juga
