★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat tidak ramah, tolong jangan merasa paling dibutuhkan sehingga bersikap semena² terhadap pasien, pasien Puskesmas itu kebanyakan masyarakat kecil, mungkin ada subsidi pemerintah, tapi tolong jangan belagu.
The service is very unfriendly, please don't feel the most needed so you act arbitrarily towards the patient, the Puskesmas patients are mostly small people, maybe there is a government subsidy, but please don't be stupid.

pertama kali ke puskesmas, wajar kalo tanya. Kalo gak tanya, sesat dijalan. Disini udah nanya, tapi malah disesatkan. Mana dokter dan petugase nyolot, pngunjung yang disalahkan lagi. ?? slogan doang "melayani setulus hati"

Kenapa untuk pelayanan pasien yg mau vaksin sama pasien yang mendadak harus pake antrian,,,kenapa nggak di pisah,,,sedangkan nggak ada pengarahan dan nggak ada pengertiannya antara pasien yang harus cepat dadapat pelayanan dengan pasien yg biasa atau sekedar priksa harus tetep antri padahal keadaan harus cepat d tangani,intinya kenapa gak di pisah...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan sekali , apa karna byrnya murah ya minta surat dokter gak boleh KATANYA BELOM BISA , padahal anak saya panas diare ,minta surat dokternya karna saya gak masuk kerja jagain anak sakit .biar besok masuk kerja bisa BAWA SDR .malh nyokot dokter KIA NYA

cm 1 yg d sayangkan.....
klu mint rujukan anak baru lahir karna SC hanya sampai jam 12.00......dan sudah 2x terhambat karna jaringan.....ternyata masih ada kendala d balik gampangny program bpjs
good service...... area is quite clean....
