Pelayananya ga ramah.. Dokternya sombong.. Ga di kasih surat keterangan sakit.. Bikin orang kena sp dari kerjaan.. Nyesel berobat disini..

Puskesmas dg pelayanan yg tidak ramah buat orang kecil, baru jam 10 pagi sudah tidak menerima pendaftaran pasien lg sementara antrean juga tidak banyak. Smoga ulasan ini bisa menjadi masukan yg positif tdk ada maksud menjelekkan tulus dari pengalaman pribadi
Puskesmas with services that are not friendly to small people, only at 10 am no longer receive patient registration while the queues are also not many. Hopefully this review can be a positive input with no intention of genuine discredit from personal experience

Pelayanannya ngga memuaskan untuk beberapa orang bidan. Bidannya banyak yang songong, ngga friendly dan untuk pelayanan KIA, ibu hamil kebanyakan di suruh wira-wiri bolak-balik. Pengalaman pertama kali ke puskesmas ini, adalah dataku langsung di rebut langsung waktu cari-cari data oleh bidan yang mendata administrasi, kasar banget. Kemudian bidan-bidan waktu pemeriksaan tahu mertua saya adalah kader posyandu di puskesmas ini mereka baru ramah ke saya. Kedatangan saya yang kedua, bidan yg di administrasi sama seperti waktu saya datang pertama kali, sudah mulai rada ramah...tapi yang di pelayanan KIA ada satu yang songong, bahasanya tidak membuat pasien nyaman. Kemudian, waktu saya minta surat keterangan untuk lampiran mengajukan cuti di kantor, bidannya salah tulis nama dan salah tulis tanggal HPL dan hari pertama mens terakhir. Saya minta ganti dong, malah saya disuruh nulis sendiri, mending kalau nyuruhnya halus dan sopan gitu...lha ini engga, kertanya langsung aja kasih ke depan saya dan ketus gitu omongannya. Hello...disini ibu hamil lho...yg hormonnya masih berubah-rubah dan bisa sensi sewaktu-waktu. Tolong lah kasih pelayanan yang lebih ramah lagi. Mentang -mentang saya pakai BPJS? saya BPJS Mandiri kelas 1 lho, tiap bulan rutin bayarnya, ga pernah telat! at least, yang sopan dan bahasanya lebih halus gitu lho...saya juga bekerja untuk layanan publik juga, capek iya saya tau tapi itu sudah konsekuensi pekerjaan Anda lho...so please, lebih friendly lagi karena khususnya pelayanan KIA itu butuh pelayanan yang jelas dan sopan dan halus supaya kami pun merasa nyaman juga untuk mempercayakan pemeriksaan kehamilan kami di puskesmas.
The service is unsatisfactory for some midwives. Many of the midwives are indecent, unfriendly and for MCH services, most of the pregnant women are ordered to go back and forth. The first time I went to this puskesmas, was that my data was immediately seized when looking for data by the midwife who recorded administration data, it was very rude. Then the midwives when the examination found out that my father-in-law was a posyandu cadre at this puskesmas, they were friendly to me. My second arrival, the midwife who was in the same administration as when I first came, has started to be rather friendly ... but one of the KIA services was unkind, the language didn't make the patient comfortable. Then, when I asked for a certificate for an attachment to apply for leave at the office, the midwife wrote the wrong name and wrongly wrote the date of the HPL and the first day of the last menstruation. I asked for a change, instead I was told to write it myself, better if I asked it to be polite and polite ... that's not it, I just asked, just give it to me and snarl that's what he said. Hello ... here are pregnant women ... whose hormones are still changing and can be sensible at any time. Please provide a friendlier service. Is it true that I use BPJS? I am BPJS Mandiri class 1, you know, pay regularly every month, never late! at least, the ones that are polite and the language are softer, you know ... I also work for public services too, I'm tired, I know but that's a consequence of your work, you know ... so please, more friendly because especially KIA services need good service clear and polite and subtle so that we feel comfortable also entrusting our antenatal care at the puskesmas.

Saya hari ini (Rabu/3/2/2021) periksa ke Puskemas Sidorejo Kidul dan merasa cukup stress saat diperiksa tensi. Suster di bagian pemeriksaan awal (cek tensi, berat badan) tidak ramah dan galak terhadap pasien. Bahkan saya dibentak-bentak dari sebelum pemeriksaan sampai setelah pemeriksaan. Pengennya saya ke puskesmas untuk sehat malah tambah stress. Tolong diperbaiki pelayanan terhadap masyarakat agar kesehatan masyarakat semakin baik. Dokter umum (yang muda) baik, semoga terus baik di setiap pelayanan. Saya ada saran: baiknya setiap petugas kesehatan dibekali dengan ilmu psikologi tentang penanganan pasien. Semoga ulasan ini ditilik dan ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak terkait. Terimakasih.
Today (Wednesday / 3/2/2021) I went to Puskemas Sidorejo Kidul and felt quite stressed when I checked for tension. The nurse in the initial examination (blood pressure, weight check) was unfriendly and fierce towards the patient. In fact, I was shouted at from before the examination until after the examination. I wanted to go to the puskesmas to be healthy, even more stressful. Please improve services to the community so that public health will get better. The general practitioner (who is young) is good, hopefully he will continue to be good in every service. I have a suggestion: it is better if every health worker is equipped with psychology knowledge about patient management. Hopefully this review will be reviewed and followed up by related parties. Tempatnya bagus cuma sayangnya dari segi SDM yang kurang baik. Mon maaf bagian tensi itu bener bener parah sih. Oh iya ada baiknya belajar untuk melayani orang dengan baik walaupun bedaΒ² sifat orang.
The place is good but unfortunately in terms of human resources that are not good. I'm sorry that the tension part is really bad. Oh yes, it's good to learn to serve people well even though people have different characteristics.
