Air sumur mulai dangkal dan minta dibor ulang padahal pernah ngedalamin 15meter. Saran saya untuk yang belum nempatin. Pakai yg asli dulu aja kalau masih keluar air. Kalaupun tidak, mending bor ulang kedalaman 30meter daripada keluar uang berkali-kali. Belum lagi jika sudah terlanjur renovasi dapur.
Kondisi rumah mulai banyak lapisan tembok yang rontok. Teras dan kamar salah satunya. Beberapa juga mengalami penurunan lapisan ubin kamar mandi.
Kalau renovasi terutama blok tahap 1 atau tahap lain. Ada baiknya cek sambungan pipa kamar mandi. Parahnya bukan disambung melainkan hanya ditindih saja pipa pembuangannya. Ini yg saya alami sendiri ya.
Untuk jalanan utama sudah cukup baik, ada jalan cor dan penerangan. Cuaca malam dingin dan siang panas. Cocok untuk tanning alami.
Berasa jadi bule setelah tinggal disini.

The well water was getting shallow and asked to be re-drilled even though it was already 15 meters deep. My advice for those who haven't yet. Just use the original first if the water still comes out. If not, it's better to re-drill to a depth of 30 meters rather than spending money many times. Not to mention if you have already renovated the kitchen.
The condition of the house began to have many layers of walls falling off. The terrace and room are one of them. Some also experienced a decrease in the finish of the bathroom tiles.
If renovation, especially block stage 1 or other stages. It's a good idea to check the bathroom pipe connection. Worse yet, it was not connected but only the drain pipe was crushed. This is what I experienced myself.
For the main road is quite good, there is a cast road and lighting. Cold nights and hot days. Suitable for natural tanning.
Feel so Caucasian after living here.

- deket banget sama stasiun cikoya gk sampe 5 menit sampe
- untuk yang bekerja di jakarta agak jauh agar dipikirkan ulang karena untuk krl ada jam tertentu dan bisa 1 jaman lebih menuju stasiun palmerah
- lumayan dekat pasar, puskesmas, alfamart, indomaret.
- suasana perumahan nya kalo malem dingin berkabut, siang nya nampol panasnya, kalo hujan petirnya disini amazing banget pokoknya
- jalanya sudah di cor dan sudah ada mushola masih tahap pembangunan
- untuk rumahnya ya lumayan lah ya subsidi dp murah cicilan murah
- untuk air di perumahan agak kurang bagus agar dicoba saat ingin membeli rumah disini
- untuk rumah yang di hook agar di perhatikan karena banyak tembok yang bocor
Untuk ke mall terdekat ada di citra raya jaraknya kurang lebih 1 jam hanya bisa menggunakan kendaraan pribadi

- very close to cikoya station, it doesn't even take 5 minutes to arrive
- For those who work in Jakarta, it's a bit far to think again because for KRL there are certain hours and it can take more than 1 hour to go to Palmerah Station
- quite near the market, health center, alfamart, indomaret.
- the atmosphere of the housing is cold at night, it's foggy, it's hot during the day, when it rains, the lightning is really amazing here.
- the nets have been cast and there is a prayer room still in the construction stage
- for the house, it's pretty good, cheap dp subsidies, cheap installments
- for water in housing, it's not good enough to try it when you want to buy a house here
- for houses that are hooked to pay attention to because many walls are leaking
To go to the nearest mall at Citra Raya, the distance is approximately 1 hour, you can only use private vehicles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temen ngambil rumah disini, baru beberapa bulan tembok sekat antar ruangan renggang, keramik ngembang & copot, airnya bau besi, trs temboknya rembes. Emg si harga cicilan per bulannya murah tp ya gitu kualitasnya. Kalo jln dari stasiun cikoya engap krn mayan jauh. Tp enak disini udaranya krn masi dikampung jd seger.
My friend took a house here, it's only been a few months since the partition walls between the rooms are loose, the ceramics expand & fall off, the water smells like iron, and the walls are seeping. The monthly installment price is cheap, but that's the quality. If you walk from Cikoya station, it's awkward because it's far away. But the air is good here because it's still in the village, so it's fresh.
