Untuk harga relatif miring kalo pake subsidi bisa dibilang murah, tapi untuk harga hooknya ya lumayan over price buat daerah situ. Untuk lingkungan sendiri, hmm bisa dibilang belum berkembang. Masih agak jauh dari keramaian, mau cari toko sembako, sayuran, barbershop, masjid, gereja, salon dll belum ada. Masih butuh effort jalan 500 meter s.d 5 km. Buat perumahan ya cocoknya buat orang yang suka suasana tenang. Warganya ga banyak. Minusnya, tanah lempung, kondisi kontruksi asal banget yang bangun, ga bakal bisa tingkat harus rubuhin dulu. Plusnya subsidi tapi rasa cluster, semua udah tembok keliling ada security jg. Jadi relatif lebih aman. Terus yang area belakang sebelah utara dekat kuburan. Lumayan horor. ?
