Air sumur mulai dangkal dan minta dibor ulang. Saran saya untuk yang belum nempatin. Pakai yg asli dulu aja kalau masih keluar air. Kalaupun tidak, mending bor ulang kedalaman 30meter daripada keluar uang berkali-kali. Belum lagi jika sudah terlanjur renovasi dapur.
Kondisi rumah mulai banyak lapisan tembok yang rontok. Teras dan kamar salah satunya. Beberapa juga mengalami penurunan lapisan ubin kamar mandi.
Kalau renovasi terutama blok tahap 1 atau tahap lain. Ada baiknya cek sambungan pipa kamar mandi. Parahnya bukan disambung melainkan hanya ditindih saja pipa pembuangannya. Ini yg saya alami sendiri ya.
Untuk jalanan utama sudah cukup baik, ada jalan cor dan penerangan. Cuaca malam dingin dan siang panas. Cocok untuk tanning alami.
Berasa jadi bule setelah tinggal disini.
