★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penipuan gak sie ini perumahaan masa udh mau setahun rumah blom jadi" trus masa yg pekerja bangunan nya cuma 5org sinting gak tuh bikin perumahan yg kerja cuma 5org mna kelar yh kn setau saya pekerja perumahaan mah bnyak mobil beko nya jg bnyak nie cuma 2,,udh setahun jg suami sya bayar dgn DP yg besar jg blom serah terima kunci perjanjian nya kn seingat aku 1thn itu udh terima kunci trus surat perjanjian beli rumah jg blom di kasih.. info nya dong bener gak nie perumaahaan penipuan ) tdk
The scam isn't this house, how come the house has been built for a year so "then the period when the construction worker is only 5org is insane, doesn't the housing work only 5org, it's ok, as long as I know the house worker, the number of workshops is only 2," udh a year also my husband paid with a large DP also did not handover the key of the agreement, kn as I remember 1 year, I have received the key then the letter of agreement to buy a house too, was not given .. the info is really not a fraud company)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYI: jika melakukan pembatalan setelah akad maka uang DP/ Uang masuk akan di kembalikan 2 tahun kemudian atau jika Unit rumah terjual kembali maka uang bisa lebih cepat di kembalikan dengan ketentuan sebesar nominal uang masuk
Intinya Developer tidak punya Dana yang kuat sehingga untuk mengembalikan uang Customer yang batal itu menunggu unit terjual kembali,
Beli rumah siap huni dengan skema syariah itu lebih baik
FYI: if you cancel after the contract, the DP / incoming money will be returned 2 years later or if the house unit is sold back, the money can be returned more quickly provided that the amount of the incoming money is
In essence, the developer does not have strong funds, so to return the money, the canceled customer is waiting for the unit to be sold again,
Buying a ready-to-live house with a sharia scheme is better
