kesana jam 12 lewat disuruh tunggu sampe jam 1,lagi istirahat katanya...ngambil obat diceramahin sama mbak apoteker apa resepsionis entahlah,"bu dipantang dong makanannya,minumnya,klo kaya begini gak bakal sembuh sembuhlah? sungguh saya jadi agak kaget,kok attitudenya begitu yaa ga ada ramah ramahnya,kok ada pasien berobat kayanya beban banget yaa,mana ada sih mbakkk orang yang mau sakit,lagian gunanya ada klinik kan buat orang mau berobat??

Pelayanan sangat buruk,, sangat mengecewakan baik dokter dan resepsionisnya sama2 jutek dan tidak melayani dengan baik.. tolong kalau tidak bisa di perbaiki lebih baik di ganti dokter dan resepsionis nya.

Klinik cap kampang ini mah, Pelanggan sampe ditempat disuruh nunggu setelah itu ditanya "Kartu BPJSnya mana" ,kita jawab gak pake BPJS langsung bergerak.... Kl gak niat layanin BPJS ya jgn layanin BPJS

Itu kasir sma dokternya ketus2 banget. Mana kliniknya surem. Ada ibu anaknya sakit mau mnta rujukan di suruh ngeprint sendri. Mana ga punya hp ibunya.malah di omelin. Gmn mau maju nih klinik parah

Saya pernah nganter istri berobat tapi pelayanannya kurang baik mendekati buruk tidak seharusnya pelayanan kelinik itu baik dan sigap dalam melayani orang sakit semoga pemilik kelinik bisa memperbaiki cara kerja nya sebelum kliniknya di jauhi masyarakat

Itu petugas apoteker atau kasirnya tolong diperbaiki sikapnya. Jangan ketus sm pasien atau familynya, tingkahnya lebih di perbaiki lagi Kalau memang jam istirahat, di beri tau yg benar dan sopan. Tp klo itu pasien parah, sebaiknya di tangani dlu Toh gak tiap jam ada pasien kan Klo dokternya gaada masalah Tp ini tolong di tindak Kalau tidak, kliniknya nnti kena imbasnya. Di cap buruk kaya pelayanan si kasir Kalau bicara, diliat orangnya mba. Jangan madep komputer mukanya, naro pulpen pelan2 gausah di lempar didepan pasien. Lu ngamuk karna ada pasien karna nyanyi2 lu ke ganggu apa gimana? Lg kerja tu profesional. Jangan seenaknya ?????

Penah berobat mata pas di di kasih obat di kasih salep dll,sy tanya ke petugasnya ini salep buat apa ya..kata petugas apoteknya di olesin pak..sy bilang sakit mata di oles salep ya..bukannya tetes mata biasanya,ahirnya ternya salah kasih obat petugas apoteknya
