★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga recommended minta dipasang dari 26 sep sampe detik ini 2 Oktober ga dipasang2 sama teknisi.. kurang profesional dalam pelayanan. Padahal rumah Deket sama kantor Rajeg net nya .. satu perumahan pula sama kantor dia .. ??
It's not recommended to ask to be installed from 26 September until this second October 2, it's not installed by a technician... less professional in service. Even though the house is close to the Rajeg net office.. the same housing as his office..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet sering lemot, tiap bulan selalu ada masalah entah loss connection or anything else. Pembayaran sudah ontime bahkan sebelum tenggat pembayaran waktu tapi selalu diputus dulu internet nya baru di cek. Speechless, sooooo unprofessional at all.
The internet is often slow, every month there is always a problem, whether it's a loss connection or anything else. Payments are on time even before the payment deadline but always disconnect the internet before checking. Speechless, sooooo unprofessional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respon nya lambat sekali untuk pihak callcenter rajegnet,customer laporan gangguan SDH hampir 1 mggu tidak ada solusinya,dari habis melakukan pembayaran tgl 22 Nopember 2021 sampai tgl 28 Nopember WiFi di rmh lemot banget SDH laporan teknisi pun SDH datang tetapi dtidak bs jg internetnya sering loading trs tidak seperti awal pemasangan.sampai kapan gangguan ini selesai,saya sangat di rugikan sekali oleh pihak Rajeg net,tlng untuk solusinya untuk pelanggan/customer yg berlangganan proveder rageg net
The response was very slow for the Rajegnet call center, the customer reported an SDH disturbance for almost 1 week, there was no solution, from making the payment on November 22, 2021 until November 28, the WiFi in the house was very slow trs, it's not like the beginning of the installation. Until when will this disturbance be over, I am greatly at a loss by the Rajeg net, plz for the solution for customers / customers who subscribe to the rageg net proveder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel saya pasang wifi disini,,tiap bulan ada aja trouble nya,,dikomplen lewat cs gak ada respon sama sekali...gak rekomended bngt pokok nya lah,,maless!!!!
I regret installing wifi here, every month there's a problem, it's completed via cs, there's no response at all... not really recommended, anyway, poor!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sumpah ya mau masang aja di phpin berkali kali.. lama banget padahal daftar dari kapan tau. bilang mau otw jam 4 di tungguin sampe malem gak dateng2. saran aja ya kalo misal emang kurang orang ya tambahin lagi lah pekerja nya.. mau duit gak sih?
masalahnya kita nih lagi butuh.. harusnya pelanggan nomor satu dong. untung aja biaya pemasangan di bayarnya nanti kalo orangnya dateng. coba kalo bayar duluan rugi yang ada
jujur bener2 bad deh!
