PLN kaya perampok dan pemeras .. gara2 listrik mati ada kabel dobel terpasang dikira nyuntik padahal ga pernah digunakan langsung kena denda 30 juta lebih. Benar- benar sampah aturannya
PLN is rich in robbers and extortionists... because of a power failure, there is a double cable installed, it is thought to be an injection even though it has never been used, and it is immediately fined more than 30 million. What a waste of rules

Saran aja , kalau emang ada kendala dan rumah dekat PLN sni, mnding lngsung dtang, Lebih cepet dripd ngadu ke kantor pusat , kecuali kendala di hari libur yaa. Pelayanannya santai, tapi ckup ramah
Just a suggestion, if there really are problems and the house is near PLN, it's better to come right away, It's faster than complaining to the head office, except for problems on holidays. The service is relaxed, but friendly enough

mau tanya min knapa listrik atas nama alm ibu saya yg di BLOKIR harus membayar kembali,padahal sudah diblokir. jika PEMBAYARAN untuk PEMASANGAN BARU sih wort it,ini knapa harus bayar yg sudah diblokir dan harus bayar PEMABASANGA KEMBALI..? jika memang membayar untuk BLOKIRAN dan dipasang kembali kWh tanpa ada membayaran saya siap,tpi jika harus membayar blokiran dan pembayaran pemasangan baru,sama saja membayarnya duble doang min...! mohon solusinya min agar tidak ada membayaran yg duble ?? trimakasih
want to ask me Why does the electricity on behalf of my late mother who was BLOCKED have to pay back, even though it has been blocked. if the PAYMENT for a NEW INSTALLATION is wort it, why do you have to pay for the ones that have been blocked and have to pay BACK INSTALLATION..? if you really pay for BLOCK and re-install the kWh without paying I'm ready, but if you have to pay for the block and pay for a new installation, it's the same as paying double min...! please provide a solution, min so that there are no duplicate payments ? thank you

cs nya bagai mana sih...? menagernya sudah gk jelas pelayanan buruk banget,nyusahin rakyat mikirnya duit dan duit. pendaftaran bayar masang juga bayar,kalo gak dikasih nungguin gk mau pulang,kirain ongkos pasang sama pendaftaran udh trima bersih,trnyata bayar lagi,kalo banyak duit mah enak,kalo duit pas2an..? nyusahin rakyat kecil aja
how about the cs...? the manager is not clear really bad service, bothering people think about money and money. Registration pays for installation, you also pay, if you don't give it, you don't want to go home, think the installation fee and registration have been received clean, it turns out you have to pay again, if you have a lot of money, it's good, if the money is just right...? trouble the little people
