★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2 hari tidak ada follow-up dari Pak Reno atau Bu Wawa mengenai pengecekan apakah ada tunggakan atau tidak sebelum pemasangan baru yang akan kami ajukan. Kami datang hari ini 22 Januari 2019 jam 12.40 sedang istirahat, tapi sampai 13.40 belum ada petugas CS dari PLN yang bisa melayani kami .Mohon kami bisa dilayani sebagaima mestinya.Terima kasih.
For 2 days there was no follow-up from Mr. Reno or Mrs. Wawa regarding checking whether there were arrears or not before the new installation that we would submit. We came today January 22 2019 at 12.40 break, but until 13.40 there is no CS officer from PLN who can serve us. Please, we can be served as we should. Thank you.

Ingat ya PLN itu perusahaan negara bukan perusahaan nenek moyang lo!
Please teach the correct security, people want to plug in new electricity, they have already brought complete documents, how come they are directed to install the same brokers, where the price is set far above the normal tide price up to 50%
Remember, PLN is a state company, not a company of your ancestors!
