★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang dari jauh dan bermaksud hendak bayar tagihan PLN tetapi ditolak dan tidak dilayani dengan baik. Bahkan dibentak saat bicara dengan petugas di telpon entah siapakah dia.
Setelah itu saya mencoba untuk bayar di tempat Alfamart / Indomaret/ dan ATM semua tidak bisa. Semua bilang PLNIDpel diblokir.
Saya yakin betul yang blokir adalah petugas yang bicara kasar dengan saya tadi.
Kedengarannya seperti logat Sumatera Utara.
Apakah petugas PLN begitu cara melayani ke pelanggan?
Kalau tidak ada solusinya maka saya akan datang ke kantor pusat PLN.
I came from far away and intended to pay the PLN bill but was refused and was not served properly. Even shouted when talking to the officer on the telephone who knows who he is.
After that I tried to pay at Alfamart / Indomaret / and ATMs all couldn't. Everyone said the PLNIDpel was blocked.
I am sure that the one who blocked it was the officer who spoke rudely with me earlier.
It sounded like a North Sumatran accent.
Are PLN officers the way they serve customers?
If there is no solution, I will come to the PLN head office.
