★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bayar PBB sdh di cap lunas tp kurang jelas jadi minta cap lunasnya dicap lagi biar jelas. Tapi knp CS nya ngedumel2 ya dan bilang itu gak penting... yaa itu gak penting bagi CS nya bagi saya sangat penting karena itu urusan dgn uang ... kesel bgt sama CS yg kayak gini harusnya kan kasih pelayanan yg baik.
PBB paid has been stamped in full but it is not clear so ask for the full stamp to be stamped again so that it is clear. But why the CS grumbled and said it was not important ... yes it is not important for the CS to me, it is very important because it is a matter of money ... it's really annoying with CS like this, it should give good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya parah banget. lambat bener. Baru kali ini ngalamin antrian sisa 4 nomer bisa sampe 1 jam. Bank dki walikota jakarta utara harusnya perlu dievaluasi pelayanan CSnya.
The service is really bad. really slow. This is the first time I have queued for the remaining 4 numbers, which can be up to 1 hour. Bank at the mayor of North Jakarta should be evaluated for its CS services.

saya org tua dri siswa penerima kjp, Sejak bulan juli 2021 entah mngapa rekening bbrp siswa kena blokir sistem, kita udah ikutin aturan bank kalo mau buka blokir sistem harus ada pngantar dari skolah dan B4OP, kalo udah ada prosesnya cepet lngsung dibuka (kata cs bernama EKA) bbrp hr kmudian syarat sudah lengkap sy kmbali ke bank DKI tapi kali ini ketemu cs bernama NINDY dan benar2 ga abis fikir, hak anak saya ga bisa diambil dengan brbagai alasan & tdk ad satu alasan pun yg bisa sy trima(klo minta sogokan bilang aja) ya ampun masih kurang aja makan duit rakyat, uang kjp buat bayaran skolah msih ditilep.
kecewa sangat dengan Bank DKI walikota jakarta utara.

I am the parent of a student receiving KJP. Since July 2021, I don't know why some students' accounts have been blocked by the system. We have followed the bank's rules. If we want to unblock the system, there must be an escort from school and B4OP. EKA) a few days later, the conditions were complete, I returned to the DKI bank but this time I met a cs named NINDY and really didn't think about it, my child's rights can't be taken away for various reasons & there's not a single reason that I can accept (if you ask for a bribe, say just) oh my gosh, it's still not enough to eat people's money, KJP money for school fees is still being manipulated.
Very disappointed with Bank DKI, Mayor of North Jakarta.
