Nice and neat ... the queue number is given right away even though the service hours haven't started yet. So who arrives early can get a queue number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susahnya telp oto. Telp call center atau cabang bekasi sama-sama susah. Belum bayar angsuran seharu langsung di telp bagian penagihan. Ditanya kenapa susah dihubungi, kebanyakan alesan. Yang customer gak bisa dihubungi lah, yang gak bisa koordinasi ke cabang lah. Ini perusahaan baru atau gimana ya, gak profesional sama sekali!!!
Difficult to phone bibs. Tel call center or branch bekasi are both difficult. Not to pay the installments should be directly tel to the billing department. Asked why it's hard to contact, mostly alesan. The customer can't be contacted, the one who can't coordinate to the branch. This is a new company or what, yes, not professional at all !!!

Hard to contact. It's paid off. But wanting to take BPKB is complicated and the process takes a long time. Less professional. This is the first time I've used an auto but I'm immediately disappointed with the long service, the BPKB collection process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat sangat tidak profesional, sdh lunas tp mau ambil bpkp berbelit2 dan tdk tuntas dengan hanya sekali datang, petugas bahkan tidak memberi solusi apa2, sedangkan domisili saya sangat jauh dr lokasi kantor oto sehingga tidak mudah untuk datang kesana, tlp ke kantor oto bekasi tidak pernah di angkat dan call center juga sangat2 sulit di hubungi, sangat2 kecewa dan sangat tdk recommended ini perusahaan ???
