hampir 3 thn berlangganan,2 × troble & panggil teknisi wajar sih,respon saat butuh perbaikan jg bagus,salesnya membantu kl ada kesulitan,.yg penting tau jalurnya kemana harus komplain saat trouble ya pasti ditanggapi dengan cepat..untuk kedepannya tentu semoga semakin bagus myrepublik & jgn mahal" ya ?
almost 3 years of subscription, 2 × troble & calling a technician is normal, the response when you need repair is also good, the sales help when there is a problem, the important thing is to know the path where to complain when you have trouble, you will definitely respond quickly.. for the future, of course, hopefully it will be better myrepublik & don't be expensive "yes

Kalau bintangnya ada yang nol saya kasih NOL. Internetnya mati2, gangguan massal melulu, dan sering banget lelet. Ngga professional, mau putus langganan diancam penalty, seharusnya provider yang dipenalty karena service buruk banget, sangat2 ngga layak dipakai. Kesalahan karena service dari provider kenapa kalau pelanggan mau diputusin mesti dipenalty. Merugikan apalagi kalau sekarang WFH, internet kacau gimana mau kerja. Saya merasa terjebak dengan berlangganan provider ini, pertama2 bagus, belakangan parah, eh mau putus/ berhenti langganan didenda 1 juta, masuk jebakan deh... Telepon customer service, jawabannya standar, ngga ada solusi.
If there are zero stars, I will give ZERO. The internet is dead, there are only mass disturbances, and it's often very slow. Unprofessional, if you want to end your subscription, you are threatened with a penalty, the provider should be penalized because the service is really bad, it's really not worth using. The error is due to service from the provider, why if the customer wants to be terminated, he must be penalized. It's a disadvantage, especially now that WFH, the internet is chaotic, how do you want to work. I feel trapped by subscribing to this provider, first it's good, then it's bad, uh, I want to break/unsubscribe, I am fined 1 million, I fall into a trap... Call customer service, the answer is standard, there is no solution.

You have good speed for internet indeed, but you don't even retain your customer, give bad service esp. your network. How come internet is LOS RED 3 days in a row in one week! Come on! And I need to wait more than 3 days for the next service. Very bad VERY VERY BAD
